How much should I charge per kid for babysitting? Any suggestions, comments? This is a main concern for me right now. Thanks in advance.

I'd say about 6-8 dollars an hour, depending on how difficult they are and how many kids you're watching =)

most people charge 6-10$ an hour. if theres a lot of kids, you should make it more. however, you could also let your employers decide. most of the time they will give you between 6 & 10 dollars an hour.

(: hope i helped!

Well, When i was babysitting like 7 years ago(i now nanny for an autistic boy but thats different, paid thru state) and i charged about 5 dollars an hour i think..but nowadays i would charge atleast minimum wage 7$/hr(min wage is i think 6.25 or somehtin) and babysitting is hard work, sometimes. If theres more than one kid i would charge extra. Like, maybe 2 or 3$ more per hour extra per kid maybe. Or if theyre easy and you know itll be easy then just keep it that low. And if its a toddler, maybe charge more. Hope this helps!! (I put a flyer out when i was babysitting, you should think of it! only in the areas you coudl bike to if you cant drive yet though, and im assuming you cant-flyers helped me alot:-)

I'd say $35/hr, but I'm a greedy dick.

i would probably say $8.00 to $10.00 a kid. if they are really good and you need the money take what you can get but no less than $8.00 to $10.00
if they are hell then maybe you should charge a little more for all the prolbems. hope that helped

It depends on how many kids and the hours. Ask them and if they dont know then the normal range is like 6-10$ an hour. I usually get 10$ an hour for 2 kids, but whatever you are comfortable with.

I get paid $10 per hour. Tell the people you charge between $6 and $10. Or just leave it up to them and say "Whatever you think." That's what I usually do.
