Hey! First off, i'm going to start by saying I came here on this site to give people advice. Some people actually don't know the real meaning of advice. They think its the answers they want to hear. But i'm not here for that. I'll give you advice, and it might be something you don't want to hear. But deal with it! You may take my advice or not, its completely up to you and you are not gaurnteed a correct solution.Ok so now that's clear, I'll talk to you more about myself. Hence the username... I play volleyball. It is my passion and basically my life since I've played for about 7 years. Most of my friends say i'm 50/50 tomboy and girly girl. I LOVE sports!! I play volleyball all year round, and then I go to the park during free times to play some soccer, football, hockey, basketball or baseball with my friends. But then again, I could be inside trying on my new Sephora makeup i'd just gotten, or reading the latest Seventeen magazine or even arranging my clothes for school tomorrow.
You can ask me just about anything and i'll be happy to answer it. You can count on a full and detailed answer.
Oh and another thing... I love getting feedback! Even if its a negative comment. It tells me what I need to work on or even what I did correct.

BODY EXERCISES AND WORKOUTS! my way or the highway
advice
Hey, I'm 13/f and I'm about 5'4 and weigh 110 lbs. I don't want to lose any weight and I LOVE the curve of my hips, but what are some good toning exercises I can do do get rid of that lower pooch that spills over when I sit down? When I stand I have a nice stomach, and because I have such a large rib cage it looks weird if I suck in. I just wanted to know of some workouts that tone my lower abs.
Thanks!
I have a bunch of exercises for abs. there's the easy one to explain, crunches. I think you know what they are... who doesn't?
then there's the BOAT-lay flat on your back. Bring everything up except have your tailbone on the floor. So your legs are up and bent, and your head is up with your arms out. so it's kinda like a sit-up, except your feet are up to and you are balancing on your tailbone. stay like that for about 1 minute. ((if you are shaking... thats a good thing! I always shake when I do that)) Another exercise is lay down flat on your back, then hold on to something that is sturdy (like a chair, or couch) then lift your feet up and get them to be vertical ( so you are forming your body like an L) Then slowly lower your legs, but do not touch them to the floor. Then lift them back up. If you want it tougher... then lower them to 1 side, but don't tip your body over. Oh and here's 1 more- again lay down and hold onto something sturdy. Then roll your legs up into your stomach ( like the fetal position ) and roll yourself up so that your back is no longer touching the floor. So the only thing touching the floor would be your shoulders. Then slowly roll back down but keep your legs rolled into your stomach. Don't drop them to the floor! then roll back up and repeat.
I hope I helped! remember, do as much as you can... then gradually get higher and increase your number

i dyed my hair yesterday and it came out too dark. its really dark brown, almost black. it's ok, just not what i was looking for. are there any ways i can lighten it? if i bought another thing of dye, i'd probably have to pay for it again, & i'm broke. plus my mom would have to do it and she's never dyed hair before so i'm sure she'd mess it up. i don't wanna go to a salon because it's so expensivee, & my mom won't pay. is there anything i can do to make it a little lighter??
thanks
btw, i used loreal natural match if that helps
yeah, wash your hair. When I dyed my hair, I took a shower the next day and it already started to lighten. The rule is that you can't wash your hair after 3 days you've dyed it. I know... it's gross but if you wash it, then it'll lighten. It just takes some time.

is their a computer program where I can whiten my teeth?
if you go to www.ivillage.com and subscribe ((free)) they let you have 1 free photo thing, where you can upload a photo of yourself and then do a make-over on yourself. It also included whitening your teeth (make sure your teeth are showing.. duh!)

14/f - are there any excercises that you find effective to help my upper-inner thighs? i'm 4'11" & weigh about 92 pounds; so i'm small for my age but i have a problem with my thighs ; like when i sit down they spread out which i know happens to evreyone but i'd just like to make them slimmer. thanks! =]
Well, the other advicenator was right about 1 thing. that is the running part. That helps A LOT! but the leg lifts, that tones your abs... not thighs.
If you want to tone your thighs, do these
WALL SITS- really simple to learn, pretend like you are sitting on a chair... having your back against a wall and there's no support under your butt. Have your legs be at a 90 degree angle. So it looks like you are sitting on a chair, but actually without one.
KING SQUATS- kinda hard. Have a bench or couch behind you. Have one foot on there and the other stretched and bent out in front of you. so it looks like a lunge. The leg that is in the back, has to be higher than your other leg. Slowly lower your back leg so it is parallel with the other leg. Then come back up.
LUNGES- same thing as a king squat, but without the bench/couch. So stand up straight, let 1 foot come out in front of you and bend both knees. Make sure that the front knee isn't over your toes... So if it is over your toes, then you need to step out farthur. Make sure your front knee is parallel to your toes. Then hold this position for 30 seconds and break. switch legs. also make sure that your knees do not touch the floor.
That's all I have for you.
Hope they work!

Ok im 13 and My mom caught me i have an 15 year old boyfriend and we had it and my mom caught me........Help...i need help nobody will tttalk to me and im getting fatter everyday i think im pregnant...HELP
Ok first thing is first. Talk to your mom and tell her that you are scared. Tell her that you know what you did is wrong. Tell her that you don't care if you punish her right now, as long as she can help you. you NEED her. I'm sorry if you dont want to hear that, but you need her right now. Get her to take you shopping and buy you a pregnancy test. If it's positive... well I can't really tell you what to do next. You just have to talk with your mom about this. If you arn't pregnant, you HAVE to tell your mom exactly what she wants to hear. Which is have you say you're sorry and that you will not do this again. She loves you and doesn't want you to get hurt. You just threw way that trust with her and now she will probably never trust you again with anything. You need to earn that trust back. you NEED to tell her that you're sorry, even if you're not (( I can't see why you wouldn't be sorry )) and tell her that you really regret this.
Honestly, I think a 13 year old that is pregnant with a 15 year old son is just stupid and immature. If you were mature enough for your age, you would've waited until you were for sure ready (( for me, it's when i'm married! ))
anyways, i'm not going to give you a lecture now. Your mom is the one to do that. I would help you, but what you did was very very wrong and you deserve to be punished for this. I really don't care if you don't think I give good advice, or if you hate me right now for saying this... but it's the truth.
You need to put you and your mom's fight away right now and just think about what to do next. If I were you, I would dump that guy. Anyways, try to get a doctor's appointment ASAP! take a pregnancy test and maybe go to a clinic. I know of a clinic that's very good but i'm not sure if it's around you... it's called
West Suburban Teen Clinic
It's a very good clinic and very affordable. ( so that means that they'll take as much money as you have.. even if it's only 3 dollars )) They'll do a few preganancy and STI and STD tests on you. Also all of your information is annonoymous so you don't have to include your name or address or any of that...
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you don't do this anymore and be careful next time.
I hope everyhting goes well

Today, my friend and I got on teh computer. My sister was on first, but then when I went back to the computer, my friend was on, so I thought she let my friend on. Then my sister started saying she hates me, she wishes I would die and stuff like that. I tell her sorry, but sh esays rude things again then runs into room and starts crying. I let my friend hang out on the internet. I'm not blaming it on her, but yea. Then, my dad comes home and I start singing some song. Then, I ask my mom for some dinner cuz it was dinner time. My dad tells me to shut up and that I'm so annoying I should just die. THEN, my mom says soem rude thigns to me! I'm really upset. What the fudge did I do?!?!?! I wanna know what to do! I've already asked what did I do, but everybody told me to shut up. PLZ HELP!!!! ASAP!!!!!!!
OMG! well maybe they just think you are annoying. Try to be serious for a while. Act like a totally different person. be polite, nice, mature, etc. Like use really big vocabulary words and do something that will really make you stand out and make a statement. (so for example, start mowing the lawn, or dusting your house, cleaning up dishes etc.) I did that once in my house and my parents were soooooo confused because I wasn't myself. They asked me what was wrong because I was a new person and I said " you kept treating me like a baby, so i thought it was time to grow up! "
trust me! you'll really stand out and let them know. I know it can be hard to act mature once in a while (even if you are 13) but think of it as ACTING! don't thinik of it as changing yourself, but think of it as you are an actress and you have to pretend to be an adult for 1 day.
If nobody notices, then be like "hello? do you even notice something different about me?" if they say no, then be like "i'm starting to act more mature"
I hope everything goes great!!!!
-volleyball2150
PS: they don't 'hate' you. they are just annoyed and maybe stressed out. It helps if you are helping them out. Ask your parents what you can do to help around the house. even if it means doing extra chores. They will respect you after this.
ok well saturday night my mom was really really REALLY drunk coming home with her friend. i know this because my friend was watching the car pull in and noticed they were both drunk. they ended up leaving while drinking so i called my mom and told her to get her a** back! welll her and her friend went upstairs and were at it. they both were loud and um yeah so now i havn't talked to my mom since saturday night. what should i dooo?! it's so awkward !
Wow... what kind of parent would set that kind of example for their child??? she has some serious work to fix up.
First tell her what I said. be like "mom, what happened on saturday? do you even remember? I'm very disappointed in you. You set a really bad example for me!!!" something along those lines. YOu can even add something like "do you want me to turn out like that? stop it! "
talk to her about how you feel. tell her that you thought it was very akward and werid seeing her own mother drunk. She's supposed to be setting a well mannered example for you. How rude!

Hi, i'm 16/F.
For as long as I can remember I've never liked tattoos. EVER. I thought they were pointless and never understood them. But it seems like a lot of people I know have them. My stepdad has six or seven and my mom has three. A few of my friends have one or two, and others have tons. Earlier this year my boyfriend of two years got one on his arm. He was pressured into it, and regrets getting it terribly. But i've seen a few girls lately (I don't know any of them) with tatoos on their feet. I thought they were absolutely adorable. I never considered getting one, but the more I see them, the more I like them. It's not peer pressure or anything, but it's just that I simply think they are cute and I want one. I haven't mentioned it to anyone yet, but i'm seriously considering getting it done. I know that I deffinately want a star(s) on my foot but I can't decide what sequence or design I want. So if anyone has any design ideas, or websites I would love to have the link. Here are some I've found so far that I like. Opinions?:
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v236/melody_paige/?action=view¤t=thbmegl001662.jpg
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v236/melody_paige/?action=view¤t=th3friends.jpg

I've already done research and i'm still doing so on the after care, and everything. I know getting a tattoo is a big deal, and i'm for sure going to think about it a little longer before actually going through with it.
My question is how to bring this up to my mom. She's not uptight about things like this. Infact, she let me get my belly button pierced a few years ago with a lot of nagging about it from me of course. But I wanted my tongue pierced a few months back, and she said no. She thought it was trashy looking. I wasn't very persistant about it like I was with my naval piercing, and eventually I decided I didn't want it done. The thing is, tattoos are different. They are permanent and i'm afraid it won't be so easy to talk her into letting me get one. I don't want to beg or whine like I did with my belly button, but I don't want to drop it all together like I did with my tongue. I'm positive this is what I want, and the one's i've so far picked out are very small and easily hideable. I'm very willing to pay for it myself, so how could I bring this up in a mature way?
So basically I have 3 questions.
1. How to bring this up to my mom.
2. Any websites with tattoo designs so I can go ahead a pick out what I want?
3. Which of the pictures did you like best?
i can answer number 1 and 3 for you.
talk to your mom and bring up the subject of tatoos (it doesn't have to be about you getting one yet) so you can be like "oh mom, your tatoo looks so good. i love it" then start to talk about how good they look and how maybe you should get one, so that it's a family thing. ((maybe possibly get a family tatoo, so the same tatoo for the whole family?)) Then say "oh it's not going to be a big one, and it's not going to be in a noticable spot. Maybe a star on my ankle?" If she says no, then don't whine like a little baby. Just say "i think i'm a responsible adult and I will pay for it. I promise I will not get more than 2 tattoos." or however many you want.
If she still says no- then drop the subject for maybe a couple of days and then ask her again and say something like "it's for a good cause. Maybe a tattoo that has a good sign- like a cancer sign, or autisum sign? or whatever
Oh and I really like the 2nd link that you showed us. That one is the best.

good luck!
I've had some uncomfortable feelings in my chest for almost 3 weeks now. I've also had a cough for equally as long. I only cough a few times a day but when I do, it always ends with me gagging as if i would throw up, but i dont. I've gone to the doctor and they've all told me it was probably anxiety(I've been under a lot of stress lately) another doctor suggested it could be an infection in my chest and started me up on anti biotics. All other tests came out fine, my blood pressure is normal, heart rate is normal, and when the doctors listen to my heart, everything is normal. Anyways, I had a sudden chest pain exactly where my heart was today, it only lasted about a second but on the pain was a 9 or 10 out of 10. Is this something I should be worried about?
Yeah, I would be worried if I were you. Talk to your doctor either on the phone or in person and tell him/her exactly what you told us. Be sure to be specific, because they can help a lot if your very specific.
It could be a big something, or it could be nothing. But to get rid of the coughing, drink lots and lots of fluid ( mint tea with honey and a drop of lemon juice! my grandma's speciality which always helps me ) And make sure you don't drink anything cold, or having any contact with cold. So that includes having your chest covered up with a scarf or something to protect it from cold. Make sure you get lots of rest ( stress could also be the problem! ) and to get rid of the stress going on... take deep breaths, take a hot and relaxing bath ( with bubbles, scented candles, pillow ) watch a movie... or whatever you have to do to get your mind off of what is bugging you.
I once saw a document on the Discovery Channel when they said somehting about "if you believe bad things, those bad things will happen. If you believe in a good thing, that thing will happen" So just tell yourself that you are fine, happy, etc. and it will happen.
I hope you feel better!

I have a Samsung Sgh-T619. My friend sent my a ringtone from her phone using bluetooth. But I can't set it as my ringtone. Anybody know how to fix this?
I have the same problem. I own a Samsung SGH- t509 and when i try to set songs up as ringtones... It doesn't work. However your phone is a different model. But I'm guessing that samsung won't let you set songs as ringtones. Only as alarm sounds.
sorry

what are some calf exercises i can do at home, without the use of gym equipments?
thanks.
You can try doing this- It's called Ladders
find paint tape (( it's blue or someother color that you can see )) and make the tape look like a ladder on the floor. ((kind of like hop-scotch?)) but just boxes in front of each other. Maybe 10 boxes?
then follow these links to find out what to do
http://www.power-systems.com/News/03_30_06.aspx
http://www.brianmac.co.uk/agility.htm
here are some more steps you can follow-
in, in, out, out (going straight)
out, in, in, out (going diagonal)
2 feet in each box, 1 foot in each box.. forward/sideways/backwards
make sure you do this with your toes only touching the floor, if you have your whole foot on the floor each time you step, it makes a stomping sound and thus it will not work. Make sure you can't hear anything and that your heels are off the ground.
Other than ladders, you can do leg raises which the other people said... and walk around with weights around your ankles.

OK. i am a 14 female at 5'2. i weight about 125. i need to lose some weight. i want a six pack and i work out all the time but nothing happens. please help me
Some one in desperate need,
jaclyn
Ok you gotta make it a little more specific... where do you wanna lose weight? Tummy?
To tone your abs- Do a few crunches. maybe about 25 and then break. then repeat. I have a lot of other ways. You can can do this, which is called the boat, lay flat on your back.
I hope I explained that good enough.
-volleyball2150
That was great advice but maybe i didn't explain my problem well enough he knows my name and sometimes we do talk during the games, he teases me, and we laugh, but i don't know if he likes me, there's one more game and i want to let him know i like him but i don't know how!
hmm.. ok thanks for telling me more information. That way I can help more. Well if he is hanging around you, you have to look at it this way- does he smile a lot when he's around you? Does he act different? Does he WANT to spend time with you? (( so if he could be doing something else, he would rather be around you instead? )) Does he compliment you? Does he really listen to you when you talk? Does he always stare at you? If all of those are Yes, then he def. likes you. If half of them are yes... well then he's in the middle, and if they are no, then he could just think of you as a friend.
You know, there is nothing wrong with having a girl make the first move. ok try this, when you are around him... just be like "I'm so sad this is your last game, then I won't see you anymore!" then look sad. Wait a while and see what he says. He might get the clue that you want to see him again. ((some guys are sooo oblivious)) If he doesn't ask you out, then say "maybe we should hang out after the game?" or "we should totally hang out sometime" or "have you seen ___(fill in the blank movie)__? I really want to see that, we should go together!"
If it helps, you can bring along a group of friends while you are out, so he think's it's just a group thing... but then talk to him more and ask him out again without friends.
I hope I helped!

does mylie cyrus(hannah montana) sing any songs that arent so "pop=y"? if you know what i mean. more acoustic than pop i guess. because i love her voice, but i have the pop songs she sings. i liked when she was singing with her mom in the episode where she lost her voice, and then when she was singing with her dad in that same episode. there was an episode where she was playing the piano and singing(i dont remember the song or episode, very helpful, i know) and it was very soft, and i liked it. so does she sing any songs like that?
I only know 2 songs like those- If we were a movie and I miss you.
You should try to search her CD's up in Itunes or maybe a store and listen to a 30 second part and see. She has her 1st CD called Hannah Montana, and then her 2nd CD which is mixed with Hannah montana and Miley Cyrus.
sorry if I wasn't much help

There's a boy on my brother's baseball team that i've been crushing on all summer, the last game is in five days, i think he might like me but i'm not sure, do i make a move, i really like him and this could be the last time i see him. I want him to remember me, i want him to like me? What do i do????
Oh by the way i'm thirteen and i'm a girl, and i'm not ugly or anything or a complete weirdo
Well there's always going up to him and talking to him? After the game, ask your brother to introduce you to him. Or if you're too shy to do that, just ask your parents to go the bathroom, and then go find him and say "That was a good game! my name is ___" and just talk. Or what you can also do is, every sports team always has some kind of contact information. Look him up for his phone number or email address and just say something like "my name is ___ and i'm ____'s sister." blah blah blah. Maybe throw your brother an End of the Year Baseball party and invite him, then talk to him there?
I hope everything works out!

Ok well my dog Adrian died and its really hard for me and i keep thinking about her....And i WONT ever forget her though....And i like loved her and i still do and shes buried in the backyard so i can see her...And it just makes it harder....Please Help...
Oh my gosh, I'm sooo sorry. I LOVE dogs! I got my first dog 3 years ago, and she's sitting next to me right now.
The best thing is to keep her in your heart. If you keep all of the good memories out of your head, you could forget about her (which you don't want) So think about all of the good times you've had with her. ITS OK TO CRY!! Somebody once said that if you cry, it means you are weak... but that is definitally NOT TRUE! cry! seriously.. cry. Crying helps you get all of your emotions out. If you dont cry and let all of your emotions bottled up, your gonna have a break down. and thats no good.
I hope you are ok.

Okay I'm 17/m,
Currently I'm living on the top floor of a 3 story building. I have an ingrown toenail and weak lungs (asthma). I'm looking for ways to toughen up my body, make it firmer than it is. I do a lot of cardio-activity but for the last 8-10 months I haven't seen any results in my midsection. I want to strengthen my biceps, chest and stomach so if anyone has any tips they're greatly appreciated.
Thank you and sorry about the length.
yeah just like the other person said. Cardio-activity doesn't do much for your mid-section. So let me get this straight... you can't really walk/run much because of your ingrown toenail, and you can't really work that hard because of your asthma? Well you can go to a doctor and prescribe an inhaler.
To tone your abs- Do a few crunches. maybe about 25 and then break. then repeat. I have a lot of other ways. You can can do this, which is called the boat, lay flat on your back.
Chest- Sit on a bench and use dumbbells to do this one. Lay down and have your arms stretched out to your sides (( so your arms should make a T )) Then hold the dumbbells and bring your arms straight up . So your arms would be stretched out in front of you. then bring them back down to your side ((making a T)) then bring back straight.
Biceps- Push-ups!! everybody loves them. If they are too hard, do them on a wall. Or on the floor with your knees on the floor. If it's too easy- do it with your arms closer in, or further out. Or do it holding yourself up with a ball. maybe put 1 hand on the ball and the other on the floor and do it. You can always just lift weights with dumbbells.
If you don't understand these- you can go to a local gym and ask for a trainer to help you.
I hope everything goes great!

I have mono and I felt that I wasn't getting too tired. Even though I do have an enlarged spleen, I was told to avoid contact sports, but could run if I felt up to it. Yesterday I decided to try walking for 30 mins to an hour and took a friend with me. I was fine during the whole walk and we hung out after. I got home a bit late, after 10, and felt horrid. My whole body was sore, I was extremely tired, and my spleen was definitely enlarged and I could feel it when I went to lay down. Now I'm still extremely tired. My body is exhausted and I felt as though I barely slept, even though I slept 10 and 1/2 hours. I don't even think I want to try running. The enlarged spleen scares me because it gives me back pain and obviously walking tired me out so running would only be worse right?? The thing is, if I began running again in September, would that be a bad thing?? I used to run 5 times a week on my treadmill for 20-30 minutes each run. My body is used to exercising. My problem is I have an eating disorder. I'm on a diet and have been on one since last September. Obviously I watch what I eat. If I don't exercise, but still stick with my diet [and only try walking as an exercise], is my weight going to change by a lot?? I'm 5'9 and 125 lbs. I weigh myself once a week and it's been at a steady weight. Any ideas?? Thanks!!
OK first of all, no doctor would ever tell you to run if you felt up to it during your mono illness. My doctor specifically told me to stay away from exercising and sports when I had mono. So you should'nt exercise... I'm sorry to tell you that, but it's true.
Since you are on a diet and exercising, without exercise.. well your weight might increase a little. but not by a huge difference. It's good that you are eating healthy, especially since you cannot exercise at a time like this.
Running again in September is a bad idea. Doctors run in my familys history and they said mono doesn't completely go away after a few months. So I would say after about 1 month, you can try walking again.
If you must walk, then limit it down to 10 minutes or 20. If you feel exhausted at all... SLEEP!! even if you get 11 hours of sleep a day, that's not enough for a person sick with mono. You have to have at least 15 hours of sleep a day (obviously, only for people with mono) I know it seems like a lot, but the more sleep you get, the quicker it will go away. Just keep reminding yourself that. If you feel sore, take a hot and relaxing bath. you can even include bubbles and scented candles and a warm fuzzy pillow. That's what I do, when ever i'm stressed out.
I'm 5' 7" and weigh 118 lbs, so you arn't really that much overweight. Honestly, you don't really need to focus on your weight that much. Main idea, relax. Any stress or lots of movement will cause your spleen to rupture, and that can be fatal.
I hope you feel better! and hey, it's not like you can't be around your friends. Just as long as you don't share spit/kiss. Do something fun with them like go to the beach and suntan, or watch a movie etc.

****How do I put up my hair and still look feminine? Pictures please! **** my hair is nearly unmanageable.. only because I haven't had my hair long enough to my boobs in YEARS. so i lost skillz for long hair. my bangs are past my eyes. I'm not going to cut my hair. I made a promise that I wouldn't, so I could grow it out long.
my eyebrows have a shape i suppose, but i overplucked them in the past.. so they still look weird to me. so i think if i put my hair up, i don't look feminine .. because my eyebrows aren't a flattering shape?
--> http://i13.tinypic.com/6877dhu.png
my hair is thick and since my bangs are long and thick as well.. side bangs are a pain sometimes.
is there a way to keep my bangs down but look cute? i used to part my bangs [while my hair was up] but i still don't feel feminine.
about my eyebrows.. how do you fill it in? because i've used a pencil liner and well.. it comes out as a dark gray. i've tried that eyeshadow trick but it's WAY too dark.
Help please?
Honestly, to me... your eyebrows look perfectly fine!! you didn't over pluck them or anything. They look amazing and I wish my eyebrows were like that.
As for your hair. You can go to
www.geocities.com/mka_wonderland
then click on the section that says HAIR. It shows a lot of cute hair styles that I think might fit you. Just take a look at them.
what always looks cute too is that you can put your hair into a half-ponytail, or you can keep your hair down... but take your bangs and pull them back and pin them with bobbypins. It looks sooo cute. trust me. you can even plump it up so its kinda sticking up. maybe even try to pull your hair back too?
you can try a french braid, scrunching your hair, curling your hair, straightening your hair, or maybe even braiding little pieces of hair and putting beads on the ends.
just be creative. I'm sure you'll look feminine.

PS: If you want to add a more feminine touch, add sparlky hair accesories. Like pretty pins, or scrunchies. You can find a whole lotta stuff at Claires.

I just got one of those digital picture frames and it says in the instructions i can connect the frame to the computer, but i cant figure out how. I want to be able to put the pictures on my computer on to the picture frame. I put some on from my digital camera, im just stumped about how to do it from my computer.
Also, how do you send pictures as an email?
lol computers isnt my subject.
thanks for the help!
I don't know the answer to your first question... but to your second I can help with.
Open up your email account and send a regualr email. I don't know what kind of account you use, so i can't be that specific. But find something that says "attach file" or just plain "attach" then it should open up a search type thing on the computer. Find out where the picture is (desktop? in a specifically named file?) then click it. It should send the picture attached to it.
I hope I helped!
