Two computer questions

I just got one of those digital picture frames and it says in the instructions i can connect the frame to the computer, but i cant figure out how. I want to be able to put the pictures on my computer on to the picture frame. I put some on from my digital camera, im just stumped about how to do it from my computer.
Also, how do you send pictures as an email?
lol computers isnt my subject.

I don't know the answer to your first question... but to your second I can help with.

Open up your email account and send a regualr email. I don't know what kind of account you use, so i can't be that specific. But find something that says "attach file" or just plain "attach" then it should open up a search type thing on the computer. Find out where the picture is (desktop? in a specifically named file?) then click it. It should send the picture attached to it.
