It all depends on what you buy and where you get them. Sometimes they I.D. you, sometimes they dont.

Q: I want to go on a crash diet, yea its bad for me but w/e iDc. SO my meals everyday would consist of:

Breakfast: Some sort of fruit
Lunch: A small snack maybe a sandwhich or something of that sort
Dinner: Maybe a bowl of rice and some meat. or just anykind of plain meat.

That way i get some of the pyramid into my daily meals.. So tell me if that is good enough or not

and no i will not be throwing up any of this food. im not belimic or anorexic.

Low amounts of any kind of food can be dangerous.
You can eat anything you want if you just cut out sugary foods, junk food, sodas, and juices. By cutting out those things I just said, you could lose up to 10 lbs.

Crash dieting actually has the reverse affect, your body actually stores more fat when you try to starve yourself! Your body gets scared, and knows your eating way less so it takes ALL the fat from the food at stores it. Instead of trying to break it down.

So do it the healthy way...work out and avoid some foods. You dont have to give up tasty foods completlely...just have them less.

Q: I told my "Best friend" that i might be gay only because she said if i told her that nothing would change and that we would still be friends nomatter what but after i told her everythin was cool after the frist 4 day but after she didnt even wanna talk to me i told her that after i tolder she had changed and she said that she hadnt i really want to still be friends with her but i kno we may never be the same now she just dosent say nuthin to me she dosent even sit next to me what can i do to make her just lissen to what i have to say about it????

You can write her a letter or email. I know, I know. It sounds stupid. But you cant talk to her in person right? A letter or email is the best way to express your feelings because you can say whatever you want without having somebody not giving you a chance to get everything out. Plus, you wont be as nervous because it's not like your talking to her in real life or on the phone.

If she doesnt email you back or write a note back..or talk to you in person. I think you should forget about it. Nothing is more stupid than not talking to your friend because she told you she was gay. Yeah your gay but does that mean your going to try to makeout with your friend? No. I'm sure you'll respect her. But shes just scared. Basically shes acting like a little kid and if she doesn't want to talk to you -- thats HER problem.

Dont change who you are for her friendship, you dont deserve to be treated like this. Make new friends if she doesnt learn to accept it and continue on as friends.

Q: ok so their is this boy we can call him j and i REALLY like him. i am thinking about going out with him but my parents would freak out because hes mixed (white and black) and im white. their not racest or anything. they just disagree with me going out with a black/mixed/any race other then white person because they think that putting mixed children situation is wrong. i of coarce STRONGLY disagree! i think that it shouldnt matter what race you are. so as i was saying i want to go out with j but should i really go agenst what my parents say AND not tell them im going out with j?

The choice is totally up to you. If your going to feel guilty while your going out with him, I suggest not doing it because you'll feel bad you know?

But if you dont really care what your parents think, go for it. Race shoulden't matter, your right...sadly your parents dont think that. So just do what you want if you dont care about your parents not knowing.

I think eventually they'll find out though, you'll have to think about things like, how are you going to go on dates and stuff? Plus other kids at your school knowing, stuff like that. Things might just slip out.

You cant force yourself to forget about a guy you like. I tried and it did not work...I acutally thought about him more. Go ahead and like him, but after a while...you'll meet new people, and eventually time will pass and you'll just be like "Who cares?". Time heals all wounds! I know it's hard but I promise, if I can get over this one guy I used to love, you'll get over the guy you like right now. Even if it takes days, weeks, months, hopefully not years...you'll be over him!

Q: About a month ago i had really bad strep thoart for the first time in my life. well today i went to the doctors because my throat was burting really bad and i have strep again.

I still have my tonsils But having strep twice i such a short time . Is it a sign that i need to have my tonsils removed?

Yes. My friend got them twice within a year and it kept coming back so he just got them removed. If you dont want to have pain anymore then you should do it. If not, it might come back and you'll have to deal with the pain all over again.

Q: I wanna lose weight (no this question does NOT ask how!). So I told my friends and they said that the way they lose weight is to go on an "all you can drink" diet. They said it's where you can drink anything you want at any time but you absolutely cannot eat anything. The only things that you can't drink are milkshakes, coke floats, alcohol, things like slim fast, and soda (unless it's diet).

Is this unhealthy? So far today I haven't eaten anything and I've drunk diet Dr. Pepper and Gatorade.

Yes, it's unhealthy.
Not eating is bad, even if your drinking.
If you want to go on a diet, theres lots of information on the internet on how to do it the healthy way.

If you starve yourself, you end up storing more fat.
But if you do it the healthy way, your weight loss will be long term.

Q: im not just here for the rating. Wehn you ask a question and you give the honest answer and you answer the question they asked. Why do they rate you a one.? Is there anything to do about them rating you a one when you deserved something like a four or a five?

You can delete your answer by going to "Edit Answers" under "Welcome (username)!". When your there, find your question and click "Edit Your Answer", erase ALL the text and press "Edit Answer"....it will automatically delete.

People rate you ones because their mean. Even if you give good advice...they might not like what their hearing or the advice didn't help them a lot.

It sucks, I know. I get frustrated when I get ones.

Well now that your offically together, he wouldent act weird at all. I think he'd actually be happy that your actually trying to make the relationship move further. So go for it! A hug is nothing, but a kiss is different. Take things slow though if your nervous. Have fun =)

No, just because she had three kids doesnt mean you will have three kids or more. It's all a matter of chance. It depends on if the sperm gets fertilized, how many times you have sex, etc. And like you said things can happen unplanned...so no, it does not run in the family.

Q: I was mothers-helpering for my neighbor. I had no clue how much she should of paid me. When she gave me the money, I felt she over paid me. One time, for just an hour, she gave me $8. Today, for just 45 min, she gave me $6! Is this too much? (Mothers helpering is when you watch the kids while one of their parents are home) The kids didnt really require that much. There are 2 of them (one 1 year old and one 4 year old.) How much should she pay me per hour?

She can pay you whatever she wants.
Minimum wage (hourly) here in California is $6.75, you should ask someone what your states minimum wage is. But I dont think she overpaid you at all, dont feel bad about it...if she didn't want to give you $8 she would have gave you less =)

If she was in the country, just a different state...you will not be charged. But international calling is different. Call Cingular and ask them how international calling works when you have free long distance.

Q: my friend was in Europe. she went to places like france, london, italy, etc. she called me from her cell phone & the hotel phone a few times to ask about assignments. we talked for an hour er so, not a day, juss once in awhile. my phone bill should come today & i want to know what to expect. i was still in the US so i wasn't roaming er anything. she went to South America before & called me about hw & nothing showed up on the bill. i have cingular soo any ideas??

Your bill might be high if she didn't call after 7(when its free for most cingular users), but it wont be as much since SHE called you.

If she called with her cell phone, the charges wont be that much of a difference. If she called from the hotel it will cost a lot.

You cant get a good idea because there are so many reasons why or why not your bill will be high.

You'll just have to wait and pray it doesnt cost a lot.
