advice
I was wondering if you could bleach hair (head hair) with the bleaching cream that's meant to be used on the body (upper lip, arm, whatever)...
I will just bleach reallly thin streaks of hair (head hair XD) 'cause I have plans for a new hair style thing + new color. And I want to do it myself.
Any advice on this one?
Note:Where I live ... no one knows how to do highlights and all.. I'm out of options!
i wouldn't try it..
just get regular bleach for hair in a bottle. and use foil strips.

well, the reason why putting a tampon in hurts is because your "tight" and are a virgin.

start walking first. then walk a little fast, then break into a run. Cool down for awhile, then start back up again.

okay so there is this girl in my health class and she just recently started this diet im not sure what its called but she is looseing alot of weight. she says just eats like 6 meals aday and there really healthy and she is also drinking protein.
my quesgtion is what is a good way to diet with planing healthy meals? and what are some examples of heathly meals that i could put together.

okay, now this really depends on what your age is.
if your 13-14, your slightly overweight
15-16, your fit.
17-19 REALLY fit.
and this is according to your BMI.
I don't know your age, but you really do't seem like your "fat"
but to answer your questions..
drinking protein shouldn't make you gain weight. especially since you'll be working out and such. but you can get it from all sorts of things. like eggs. Try getting Instant Breakfast (its a powder mix that has twice the protein of an egg, and you add it with milk). or you can just get protein powder mix somewhere else like a local grocery store/or drug store like riteaid, etc.
side effects from drinking it=more energy.
aim for 1600 calories a day. that means at the most, 200g of carbs, and 120g of protein, and 35g of fat.
food plan? hmm. lets see.
breakfast- mini-whole grain bagel with reduced fat cream cheese. or instant breakfast with an apple/bannana. or oatmeal.
snack(s)- Granola Bar (whole-oats are the best for you, 100 calories each). fruit. yogurt. Mini-RiceCakes (60 calories per serving!)
lunch-turkey wrap. or chicken salad with light dressing. carrots, or some other kind of veggie.
snacks(s)- chose from above list.
dinner- something small. speghetti. chicken (has a lot of protein). anything you can get really, just avoid the fast food scene. and if you eat out, avoid all fried foods. even grilled is better for you.

How do I go about throwing up.
I'm not bulimic but I feel sick, and it's like the stomach flu, I know that if I can just throw up I will feel better.
So is there a sure fire way to do this. I have a deep throat so using just my fingers doesn't work.
Any ideas on exactly how to do this?
try coughing over the toilet. thats what i had to do when i felt the same way..

smoking can cause heart problems when your older, and their putting more nicotine in them to get you more addicted. quit while you can.
drinking is just stupid. it gets you nowhere and life and all it does is take away the pain for a night. its pointless.
me and my boyfriend and his friend derek were watching t.v one time and when my boyfriend got up to go to the bathroom derek sat on me and took off my shirt and pants and started licking and fingering me and i tried fighting him off but hes alot bigger than i am. i started screaming and my boyfriend came and laughed and joined him. i forgave them and we still hang out and they onyl did it three times after that. so i guess im over it and im still with my boyfriend. but i dont know how to move on. help please. thanks

as the other person said below me, about loosing 40lbs in a year being difficult, it isn't really. Think about it: 52 weeks in a year, right? if you loose 1lbs every week, you'll loose like, 52lbs by next April!
you don't want to loose weight TOO fast though. 1-5lbs a week is the normal weight loss limit anyway. So really, all you need to do is cut out junk foods, and i mean ALL junk foods. once a week, you can give yourself a treat or by some Fudge Stix at Hannaford (only 60 calories, if you're careful about nutrition info). They're a pretty good snack if you really want chocolate. haha.
want a basic diet plan menu for the day? try this:
breakfast- English Muffin with Melted Mozerrella Cheese, Watermelon, Green Tea (green tea has anti-oxidents, which help you loose weight).
lunch- turkey, provolon cheese, lettuce, and pickles on a weat wrap. apple, or carrots.
dinner- Healthy Choices are really good. They're under 400 calories.
snacks- snack around 3 times a day. but make sure they're low in calories. like i said, the fudge sticks are okay once in awhile, but try fruits and veggies too.
you might also want to snack on lettuce or salads. a head of lettuce only has 10 calories in them! thats hardly anything for something like that!
Basically, what you need to do is just watch what you're eating and ask yourself if its really good for you. Try eating at least 1600 calories a day..dont' eat any less then 1200.
as for excersising..try running, walking, riding yourbike, rollerskating, any physical activity for at least 20 minutes. the next 10 minutes, try doing situps, pushups, crunches, and lifting weights.

Well I am trying to loose weight so I will be thinner so I look good for cheerleading next year but I do not know if I am doing it in the right way or not here is basically what Im doing I eat half a bagel in the morning with a little cream cheese that is reduced fat, then I drink water at school for lunch because Im never real hungry because it is at 10a.m. then for dinner I eat a tiny bit of food so my mom thinks I am eating still because she gets mad at me when I say I want to loose weight but I need to because I am 5'5" and I weight like 135ish. I have lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks is that too much or is that good?
you need to eat at least 3 times a day..and your only eating two meals..
what you really need to do is eat three balanced meals a day. cut out junkfood, and excersise. loosing 16lbs that quickly can really hurt you in the end, cuz when you start eating again, it WILL pack back on again.

try doing a few crunches and do the "Bicycle" its when you lye on your back and move your knees to your opposite elbow..idk if i explained that right, but it worked for me. so yeah..

EDIT:: no, its not anerexic. BMI usually starts from 5 feet, when you should be 100lbs. then you keep adding 5lbs to every inch you go up. EX. 5'1=105lbs 5'2=110lbs 5'3=115lbs 5'4=120lbs.
but this is BMI, its not accurate..the best way is to ask a doctor to find out for sure what your body fat percent is..

i think you can overdosed by taking A LOT more than what it says on the box..
and the affects of it..i knew someone who did that once, and they were hospitalized because they started throwing up blood and stuff..

i highly doubt you could be pregnant if its been 3 months since you had sex..
its normal for periods to be late/early in the teenage years.. or it could be due to stress. i didn't have mine for 2 months in a row because i was stressed out, so its possible it might be the same for you.
if you were pregnant, you wouldn't just miss one period anyway..you would have to miss the other two as well.

my health teacher said that the risks are high anytime for a girl but the highest risks are when you're in that 15-day gap from having your period. i'm pretty sure that its 3-4 days after getting your period is your lowest chance..
