2 weeks Hi I'm 16 female and I am in my friends quince in two weeks and my dress fits, but is a little too snug in the mid section and I want to know if you have any suggestions as to what will help loose a litttle more in that area?

try doing a few crunches and do the "Bicycle" its when you lye on your back and move your knees to your opposite elbow..idk if i explained that right, but it worked for me. so yeah..

Run, do crunches, get rid of junk food, fast food & sweets. Get rid of sodas, & drink lots of water. Don't eat/exercise before bed either. ]
Cut out ALL soda & junk food. Don't crash-diet, but sort of. A kind of heath food binge, you might say. Drink a lot of water so you don't gain water weight. Also, if you wear the dress a couple hours before you have to leave for the event & twist around/bend a lot, the fabric will stretch a bit and make the dress less restricting.
You could also take the dress to a tailor and see if it can be let out a little bit in the midsection area.
