I was wondering if you could bleach hair (head hair) with the bleaching cream that's meant to be used on the body (upper lip, arm, whatever)...
I will just bleach reallly thin streaks of hair (head hair XD) 'cause I have plans for a new hair style thing + new color. And I want to do it myself.
Any advice on this one?
Note:Where I live ... no one knows how to do highlights and all.. I'm out of options!

ASAPcamille answered Saturday May 5 2007, 3:33 pm: Dont use the bleaching cream. You can dip a comb in bleach, and comb it where you want- That is what I did. It worked fine.
edit- Oh, haha sorry. I have done it several times. For streaks, it did not really make a difference what I used, but I liked the bleach for hair better. It worked more effectivly. [ ASAPcamille's advice column | Ask ASAPcamille A Question ]
