ok so here is the deal. there is this guy me and him are close friends and what you would call "friends with benefits", but i want more than that we have talked about having a realtionship and i know that he likes me and i like him. but it is the same old same old, he says i am not ready for that, you need to be with someone who deserves you. i told him i thought he meant i did not deserve him and he said that i had it all wrong. that all it was, was that he did not have the time and energy into making a relationship work. what the hell does that mean. he said darlin if it meant to be it will happen. can someone please help.
well, if he doesnt have the time and energy to be in a reationship, then where is he getting all this spare time to mess around with you? this guy sounds like a jerk, and hes obviously wanting only one thing. honestly, i wouldnt be surprised if he was doing stuff with girls other than you. be careful, and trust your heart. good luck
My best friend's boyfriend really gets on my nerves. He calls me names and he is really immature. Last time when my best friend and I hung out all she did was talked to him on the phone but she later on apologized for it. When we are on the phone together all she does is talk about him. Its really annoying me to the point where I can't take it. What do I do to handle this problem? I know I must talk to her but what should I say?
id give her some space, and not worry about being with her so much, truth of the matter is, shes got an ignorant boyfriend, and shes too naive at this point to see that. she'll come around. dont worry about it too much, hon. good luck.
okay so i am 118 lb girl who recently got a hip problem. (idk maybe that information can help)
Recently, my right hip was hurting. Then on friday at school, walking to my 2nd period, it gave out, and now every time i take a step with my right leg (it's my right hip) it pops. I have already confronted my doctor, and they said that it will just pop back in and be fine. It's been poping with just about every step i take since and during Friday.
My question is, is there any way to pop it back in, sort of painlessly? And if not, about how long do you think it takes for it to pop back in, rough guesses are ok.

i would defintely see a chiropractor on this one. i wouldnt do anythnig anyone on this site- or in general tels you to do, because you could very well ened up maknig it worse. good luck and get better!
The only makeup i wear is charcoal eyeliner under my eyes. I don't draw it on dark or anything, just a light lining. I want to spice my makeup up a little without looking unnatural. What colors and kinds of makeup should I wear? I'm 13 so i don't want to all out or anything and i don't need to wear mascara because my eyelashes are super long, thick, and dark. I have blue eyes, beige colored skin, and medium brown hair.
warm colors, like browns and beiges, and sand colors always look natural- no matter what skin tone you have. you can really never go wrong with warm neutrals. start out with jsut a little though, and increase it more each day- the more you use at first- the more clownish you'll feel. hope i helped good luck!

Does shampooing do anything?
shampooing will get rid of any excess dye that could make the tone seem harsher, but the only option you have after going so dark would be to get it bleached, and dye it back to the color you normally have, then waiting for it to grow back. opting for black is a strong decision because its real hard to go back. but find a good bleach, and a strong hair dye, and start over fresh. hope i helped!
I'm not big into church, I believe in God, but I can't stand going to church. I get bored out of my mind, and idk I just don't like going at all. I hate youth group too, everythings lame, and theres two girls there that are even close to my age, and I hate em both. My moms always trying to get me to go to church with her, but IDK how to tell her I don't like it at all!

When I ask my mom if a friend can come over or something, she won't answer me. She'll act like she never heard me, then if I ask again, she yells at me and grounds me for begging and annoying her. This is so aggrivating, how can I get her to either say yes or no, and respect me more!

Okay, this is kind of gross, but I mean, I really need help, and fast. You see, we've had a long history of breast cancer in my family, and my aunt died of it 2 years ago.
Well, I was taking a shower today, and I got out to dry myself off. I noticed that my chest hurt really bad, and I looked down, and saw this huge lump on the side of my nipple. I felt it and it felt like this huge ball underneath my skin. It hurts realy, really bad. I know that your breasts already hurt if you touch 'em, but this was just like excrusiating pain.
So I have a few questions.
1. Can you get breast cancer at 14 years old? (I just turned 14 on may 30th.)
2. Does anyone else have this?
3. If not, should I get it checked out?
4. If I do need to get it checked out, how should I tell my Mom?
I'm like, really scared. I hope its nothing, but I don't know who to ask. My Mom's not here, and when she does get here, she'll have 3 friends with her. Please help me ASAP!
1. you can get any kind of cancer at any age.
2. i dont know for sure ifanyone else has it- but i know for a fact that its not normal, if thats what you mean.
3. you should DEFINETELY- no questions asked- get it checked out.
4. tell her like it is- you cant hide it- its not somethnig you can prevent. she will definetely understand. its along the lines of when you got your first period- its not your fault that it happened!- but you had to tell her, right!

ask him out!- its no myth- its jsut an excuse for the guys to have to be the nervous ones- so girls can get the easy way out. theres no law that says you cant make the first move. i have in all my relationships, and im in one now thats ivebeen in over a year. no complaints yet.

why does everyone SHAVE their legs and get razor burns and cuts, when they could just use nair? why doesn't everyone just use nair instead? is there something bad about nair? i just don't get it.

it smells really raunchy. and its a matter of opinion on what we prefer. im sure theres a millino people around the world who are like- who uses nair when they could shave?- plus, if you do it right- you wont get razor burn, or niks.

haha. im from chicago, and i wouldnt reccommend getting too into this song, especially the dance. about 2 or 3 weeks ago- a girl at a local party out here was doing the lean wit it rock wit it, and im guessing she did either a little too much leaning, or a little too much rocking- because she snapped her neck and died, almost instantly. shows how smart us Americans are.
Okay, so I was at this party one time, & this boy says that he likes me, & asks me out.

My hairs about shoulder length, and layered. The lady wasn't supposed to give me layers, but she did, and I hate it. My hair is also too short, and I don't know what to do with it. I'm sick of pony tails or half ponytails, but the layers look bad when they're just straight ++ down, plus its too short to scrunch it. What should I do with it?
we as people are our own worst judgers. so i dont really know for sure if yuor tyle is as bad as you say it is. but i do know that you COULD get it all cut the same length as the layers, or you could think up a totally new style to get it cut. and you could even curl it- piece by piece, and make it look real messy- i got a feeling that would look real cute. really hope i helped. good luck!
theres a whole long backround story im not getting into details with but basicly...
me and this kid, lets call him Chris, had a HUGE history and we went out and a lot of stuff. Well this other girl, lets call her Kim (shes a grade older), and him had a tiny history but she really liked him. Ok so me and Chris were finally doing good as friends but we were flirting all day and texting eachother and everything. So then that night we were on a boat and he was allllll over me. I figured he was using me because he did this before but hes a sweet talker and im a sucker so i went with the flow.
Then we started really getting like into eachother. But then he was standing next to me outside of the boat and just started making out with me but i thought it was just a kiss on the lips but it wasnt. I pulled away because 1. teachers were around and 2. i didnt want to do this right now.
So then Kim starts freaking out and gets all of her friends, who used to be my friends to hate me. They all started IMing me saying OMG YOUR A B*TCH HOW COULD YOU GET IN THE MIDDLE OF CHRIS AND KIM YOU SL*T I CANT BELIEVE YOU DID THAT!
and now basicly i have no friends. so i dont know what to do everyone hates me and i didnt do anything.

you didnt do anything wrong- and it sounds like an issue of jealousy. if she wasnt so overprotective of this guy, and so insecure- then she wouldnt mind the fact that HE was the one kissing you. if she cant see that, and wants to put all the blame on her- then thats her insecurity talking. another thing- always remember- once you graduate, and leave high school, none ofthis petty stuf will matter- because thats all this is- is petty stuff.stop worrying about what other people think about you.
I got my first kiss from this guy the other day, and it was so weird. Are you supposed to kiss with your mouth open pretty wide? He like leaned it, got my upper lip, then got the skin between my nose and upper lip all wet. well, honestly- theres not really an EXACT way of how you should or should not kiss- it just kind of happens. ive gotten huge wet kisses, to sloppy gros kisses- to gentle ones to meaningful ones, and theyre all diffrent. ithonestly sounds to me like this guy hasnt kissed very man people before. but another thing- you can tell a person- the real them- by the way they kiss. usually if they kiss all slopy like that and dont seem to really mean it- then you can usually assume that thats how theyre personality is. i guess the main thing is- did he ask to kiss you, or did he just bite your mouth off out of nowhere. a sweet guy usually asks first, and it shows that he cares. but thats something you have to decide for yourself. hope i helped!
I have alot of black heads on my nose, and a bunch of pimples on my forehead and my temples. They aren't like big and red, just alot of bumps. I've used dozens of acne medicines (Noxzmea, Clean and Clear, Clearasail just to name a few) and nothings ever gotten rid of them. My mom doesn't have the money for ProActive, or the dermatologist, so what are some ways to get rid of my acne once and for all!
if your mom doesnt have the money for you to see a dermatologist- go to a free clinic, and see one. they can prescribe all kinds of medicines for it. myne prescribed a cream called Duac, and it helped me out real good. it dries out your skin real bad though- so they suggest using it at night, then washing it off in the morning. but its sooooo worth it. good luck, and i hope i helped!

youre definetely over reacting. i think it jsut sounds like its hard for you to let her go. but dont worry- you find a guy too, and you'll be all over him. no big deal. guys will come and go- but if she's a real friend- SHE wont. no biggie, hon. dont worry about it.
