Last night my best friends parents got into a car accident. Her dad had to spend the night in the hospital because he broke his ribs and lost a lot of blood. Her mom is doin ok, she has internal bruises but is taking everything well. The doctors thought that her dad was going to die, but he made it through the night. Ive never been in this sort of situation before. I dont know what to say or what to do. Please help, i really need to be there for my friend!!!!!!!

My parents keep the house so so so so so cold...I'm always freezing and it's the middle of the winter...it's always like 60 in here, and I've told my parents so many times that I'm SO cold when its that cold, but they don't care. They say that they are comfortable that way, and that if they turn it up they will be too warm. I'm not the only one who thinks its too cold...friends or relatives who come over say its so cold! But, they don't have to live here!!! I DO!! What do I do???

i dont know if there is something wrong with me, but i'm 15/f and everday when i get home from school (i'm usually alone for about and hour) i completely pig out on tons of junk food. ie. those little debbie desserts, chips, licorice, etc. the rest of the time i eat normal stuff. i really like salad, and other healthy foods,but i cant stop this binging when i get home. i dont like throw it up or anything. but i have been getting really insecure about how i look. i m not fat, i am 5'6" and 107 lbs. but i don't know what is wrong with me. i am afraid i might get an eating disorder help!!

ok so i have had my period for almost three years now and the first two were regular. But i had surgery in the begining of july and i had my period at the end of july. But after that i havent had it, its been 5 months and i know tis sounds crazy but i want it. It sso annoying not noing wen ur gonna get it. Get a hair Straightner with gold plates they woRk magic!... Also when washing ure hair try it like this..... Here is the thing about a month ago i started the birth control pill seasonale and i never leaked and then like a week ago i leaked alittle every day and for the past 3 days it has been heavy and i was just wondering it is normal 2 have it for like 8 days now and if i should tell me doctor or something because i thought that when u first start u r suppose 2 bleed some not like a month after and this much. that alot for any help i really need it.
Yea, thats tottaly normal, the pill makes it regualar, and it is heavy and it can go 8 days and longer times like that, you will also notice it start comming on the same day each month now that you are on it and it will be cycle thats on perfect schedule, but yah the bad thing about the pill is that it make u go the 7 to 8 days where as if you arent on it u might get to go 4 or something days, but the pill does regulate it and sometimes make it more heavy, so dont even worrry about it becuase its perfectly Normal!
