My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I think you should wear a cute little black dress with a cute little sweater. (one of those that only come up half way) Then wear matching heals. Have fun at the dance.

how do u get skinny and fast, and do diet pills really wokr ? im getting fat and im cutting down on my serving sizes and not eating as much all the time im drinking water instead of snacks and just eating breakfast lunch and dinner

Diet pills do not work. They can cause heart problems & they aren't healthy for you. Since you have your eating plan all figured out, all you have to do is get some exercise in there. Do some crunches, jog & things like that. Don't eat fatning stuff & try to eat a lot of fruits & vegies because that's the best thing. Tomatos help diets & they are super healthy.

After you put toothpaste on a pimple, is it supposed to tingle? Does that mean its working?

Yes it is. It's not going to make the pimple go away, but it's going to reduce the redness & the size.

well i shave "down there" or like the bottom part i do..i dont know its confusing but anyways how often should you shave it? or like keep it clean..everyday? and is it normal to feel kind of itchy and like prickles down there .. lol thanks.

When it's itchy & prickly it means you need to shave again. You should do it every 2 days.

so like all the girls hang out with guys..and i never dooO! i wanna but i never have the courage to be like oh yeah we should hang out sometime..i would feel stupid and afraid of rejection..how can i like ask a guy to do something..or even with a group of friends? i dont even like start talking to a guy first usually..they talk to me first and if they dont i dont talk to them..this is a problem! help!!

First of all, you need to build up some confidence. Without that, you will never be able to talk to guys & meet new people. Don't be afraid to talk to them. They are just people, and they won't think anything bad about you by just saying heyy!! Be flirty! Guys love that and it will make you feel more comftrable if you just had fun talking to them. Just go up to some guys with your friends. You might fell better if you're not the only one. Just relax. :)

do you think having brown eyes and hair is ugly!? cuz usually the boys go for blue eyes..ughhhh i dont know? what could i do to make my eyes like shine and just very big and bold! i dont know how to do the smokey look or whatever so that doesnt help =\ any other suggestions!?

I don't know why all of these girls all of the sudden think that guys like girls with blue eyes. Sure some guys do, but brown eyes are gorgeous! I don't think having brown hair & eyes is ugly at all. Well.. that's how mine is but I always wanted green eyes!! lOl But seriously, the guys don't only go for the blue eyed girls. You can use browns, golds & greens. It will bring out your eyes. Also mascara & eyeliner. :D

well im goin over to my friends this weekend..and what could i suggest to do..because most of the time we only sit on the computer..and i usually wanna go out and do stuff..hang out with guys and just have a good time!! but now we wont have a ride because yeah so i dont know how we could go anywhere? so any good ideas of what to do without a ride haha . thanks

Just hang out. I mean when you are over a friends house, you shouldn't be thinking about what to do. Like whenever I go over someones house, we just do whatever comes up & whatever is fun. Just watch a movie, call people over & then you will think of things to do. They will come to your mind trust me.

Do you think that giving your best friend a gift card is too impersonal?
Because the thing is even though we are really close I have no clue what to give her. Then any time I ask what she wants she just says, 'Whatever you know what I like.' And infact I do know what she likes but she seems to already have everything.
So is a gift card really something you could give a best friend?

I personally don't think a gift card is a bad idea!! I would get it for my best friend. It doesn't matter what you get, it's the fact that you took the time to get something. If she is a girly girl, I would just buy her a whole bunch of smaller items. Like a make up set, perfumes, CD, necklaces, earings.. things like that. I still think a gift card is a good idea though. :D

Just go for the sporty/preppy look. Wear cute sweats, with a cute hoodie or jacket & some cute shoes that you can wear outside. Wear a scarf or a little hat & you'll look cute. The guys don't really check out the girl's outfits though. You're going to get dirty/wet anyways. Have fun!

Just talk to this guy and talk about her. Now, if he doesn't like her then don't force him to talk to her or anything because guys hate that. If he flirts with you then don't flirt back if you don't want to hurt her feelings.

You could try talking to her and hang out with her again and be friends. What she does & who she hangs our with is her choice, but you shouldn't worry about that. Just hang out with your friends. That girl is probablly going to start to act like them as well. There really isn't anything else you can do though. You know you have friends and that's all you need.

Yes i have kinda of a problem...

so theres this cutie in one of my classes and like usually he "flirts" with me.or i think its flirting? but the kind of flirting he does is aggressive..like pushin you around and stuff..ist that considered flirting or considered "i dont like you get away from me" and then today like jokingly every time i walked my him he would like push me around and be like ya lil BiaTch! and then i would say somethin back..ad then do you think he does this to flirt or does it because he doesnt like me?! hope ya can help!

If he didn't like you and wanted to get away from you, then why would he be around you?? I defenetlly think he is flirting with you. It's 3rd grade flirting, but I guess he doesn't know better. When he does that to you, do it back.

I have this friend andi wrote her and her new best friend a note saying u do everything together and i think i got them really mad at me and now when i say im sry they just say shut up and she tells people she doesnt want to be my friend anymore

I think you should of told them in person, but you can't help but being honest. They are just immature & can't take the truth. When you talk to them, tell them to grow up and stop being so childish. You didn't mean to get them mad at you but you were just saying the truth and if they can't accept that, they can just back off. It may suck that they are mad at you, but they will get over it. Give it a week or 2.

I heard about an eating disorder that doesn't have a name. It's supposedly very common. the disorder is not being able to eat in front of other people. I'd just like some information on this... is there a name for it? what is it? and is it even a disorder?

I'm just curious, that's all.

I tried searching it on google, but I found nothing. The only thing I know of is social phobia. It's where you are embarassed to do anything infront of other people. I don't think it's really an eating disorder. There are mainly 3 kinds, but it could be. Sorry I wasn't a lot of help.

Concealer. If that doesn't work, put tea bangs on your eyes and keep soaking them. It's weird, but it works.

soo i have to wear these black pants for this party thing im workin at this weekend but you see i have my period and i dont wear tampons (dont ask please i just dont like em'..tried them dont liek them) anywayssss so i use pads and i dont want my underwear lines to show thru..how embarassing! but is there anyway i could like do something bout that..it'll be really embarassing and i dont like tampons soo any other suggestions?

Wow.. there really isn't anything else you can do. I hate pads lol. I love tampons. Anyways, you can also wear a thong & a pad. It's a lile uncomftrable but it's the only thing you can do.

Hey, did anyone dry that new Dessert by Jessica Simpson? What lip gloss flavor tastes the best?

I've tried it but the only thing I like is lip gloss. The perfumes taste bad & I personally don't like food related sences. The cocanut or the peach lip gloss tastes the best.
