stealing public property, t ping houses, beating up on friends, hanging out with friends, going to mehlville games, going to the movies, going to t time, walking around the neighborhood, having people over, confusing people, making people make funny faces, dropping my pants in front of girls that i dont know, mooning people from cars, driving without a permit, BAGEL BITES!!!, soccer, basketball, football (even though idk how to play), making the bird, wearing spandex and listening to brittany spears in my room, paintballing, hunting, shooting, making fires, lighting stuff on fire, seeing what burns, painting myself various colors, seeing how long i can put off my homework, doing stupid stuff, throwing my shoes at people, spray painting random things on random buildings, sneaking out, having fun, making people guess what im thinking, staring at random things just to make people say "what are you looking at", walking backwards, and mimicing girls i like infront of them, and of course giving advice.

things i dont like are:

girls that think they can get guys by wearing short skirts (b/c 98% of the time it works), people that try to mock me openly, people that hate me and try to get other people to do the same, people who make fun of my friends, people who call me stupid, people who eat my food, people who dont give me money, people who ask me continously for a piece of paper or pencil, people who try to be popular, guys who lie about their virginity, guys who hit girls, girls that cheat on guys, guys that cheat on girls, soda, roast beef sandwiches, taking care of things, cleaning up other people's mess, people who send me text messages, people who IM me constantly, people who think i can get them laid, people who look for "the love of their life" before the age of 21, people who are prude, people who are scared to have fun, workaholics, alcoholics, people who get addicted to smoking, people who do stuff under peer pressure, people who say the word "immature," people who think they are in the popular group, tv, and homework.

easyyyy on it, you put to much of anything on them and your skin will dry up and give u more acne


ok im a 13 year old boy at my school for the people who turn in all their homework get to have at sort of resess. me and my friends almost always get our homework. so during that time my friends and i play tag. but for the past month if i run too fast then my ankle atarts to hurt. it doesn't feel at all like the normal spraned ankle and i havent spraned my ankle in a long time. it hurts on the back sid of the heel and i was wondering if anyone knew what it was. none really. people dont tend to hire 13 year olds.

Ok, so me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years...we're 16. We used to be so great and happy, until this past year. He seems to be changing faster than I am. I haven't noticed until him and some of my friends pointed out that I'm way too clingy, I call him too much and want to hang out too much with him. When I'm running I always get cramps. My boyfriend said i drink too much water before but i don't drink any at all. Any explanation? It could be that i don't have enough potassium. I'm not sure though, any suggestions on how to run, breathing? Anything to keep away the cramps? Thankkkyou, I'll rate.

eat a bananas or fruit on a regular basis, they are amazing for preventing cramps.

what are the best foods for losing weight and avoiding crash diets?? I am a comptiv athlte and i swim for 5 hours a day( 2 and a hlaf hour pracics) and do weights too....i eat pretty healthy but i always seem to crash on my energy!! and then i end up bingeing and i'll do this for a week ...then i'll throw up for a week and then i eat helathy again....im having alot of trouble!! I have horribleee temper problems, well I think.
I get mad way to easily and when I do get mad it's terrible. This one kid was just asking me a question and he was getting on my nerves so I was like 'f*** you, shut up!' and the kids in the classroom next to mine could hear me.
Apparently my teachers don't care when I do it, because they know I'll back talk them if they say anything.
I just don't know what to do, because I don't like being mean.

I have been exercising and trying to get in better shape. My question is, is it okay to do 3 to 4 ten minute intervals of exercise (say, run 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes after lunch, and 10 minutes after dinner)? Will it have the same effects of 30 minutes of straight out exercise? (link)

ok, first of all, i wasn't sure if this went into the fitness category or not. Second, how many calories am i burning walking 1 mile? The path is mostly flat except for the very end there is a spot that goes down. I walk, hmm, well i guess i walk medium paced. you know, not really fast, but not really slow. Thanx! take into account, incline, and your body weight.

higher body weight = more calories
lower body weight = less calories

incline = the bigger climb the more calories, if your on a decline, you burn less.

as far as walk vs. run distance wise, it doesnt matter.

you should time yourself instead. run for 5 min, then 6, then 7, and so on and so forth, it works a lot better, and you push yourself farther each time that way instead of having a set distance.


i want to get abs by this summer. i'm a girl, and i'm 15. is it ok to do about 5 different ab excersises mon-friday about 20 of each..equaling about 100 abw/o's a day? my friend thats a guy says that i should do it every other day to let my muslces rest and stuff...

yah sure..crunches help

but make sure your running, or doing some kind of cardio too, or else all your hard work on your abs will not be visible and will be hidden under a layer of fat.
