Im a guy and guys gotta look good. im a football player and i have an athletic kind of body. but even though i excercise and play sports. i still have fat around my stomach. all my friends have abs and all that and that makes me insecure knowing that they are more attractive. what should i do? does anyone know how to get rid of the fat?
fabulousx3 answered Monday January 8 2007, 1:42 pm: it seems like you exercise a lot already, so i don't think you need more running or anything - the only other major factor in stomach fat is what kinds of food you eat, so i'd work on that. try to stay away from too many fries, chips, peanut butter, nuts, chocolate, and ice cream. if you eat more fruits (apples, bananas, etc.) you'll lose your fat soon enough if you keep exercising. hope i helped! You're not making any significant changes with that kind of comparative attitude because nothing will ever be good enough for you if you keep it. You have to want to make changes because you want better health and a better body- not because you're insecure that someone has a 6 pack and you don't. MhMmM_tHiS_iS_jEsSiCa answered Monday January 8 2007, 11:09 am: well first you should drink plenty of waterr.
-3 sets of 20 crunches each day
- after about 2 weeks or until you start seeing results, you should do 4 sets of 20.
- when you see more results you should consider doing 5 sets of 20 a day
- if your happy with your results after you've done all of this just try to stay tone by doing more crunches.
&& remember lots of water!!! [ MhMmM_tHiS_iS_jEsSiCa's advice column | Ask MhMmM_tHiS_iS_jEsSiCa A Question ]
