hi im 5'4 and 90 pounds. im worried that i dont weigh enough. everyone thinks im anerexic but im not so i dont care but i feel like my weight might be too low. should i gain weight?
It probably couldn't hurt you to gain a few pounds,I'm 4'10 and weigh the same!!But what's most important is your health.Are you healthy?Do you eat healthy foods,or even do you just eat whenever you want?It's important not to deprive yourself of foods.I think if your doctor says you're healthy and you're ok,then you probably are,but if you still feel bad about those few pounds for appearance reasons,pig out girl!Haha!Grab ya some junk foods,some ice cream,some chips,pizza,etc.Eat some meat,chicken,steak,porkchops,whatever you like!!And then just make sure you stay active enough to keep your health good!!!Have fun with the junk foods girl!! ;)

That's totally normal!There is no magic number of how many exact days it's supposed to last.It differs for everyone.The norm is anywhere from 3 to 5 days!And sometimes you may only really go 2 days!!

Well this coming skool year I'll be a freshman. At our highskool, two different graduating 8th grade classes from two different skools form into the freshman class at the high skool. Before I graduated 8th grade, sum of my friends and I had been spending a lot of time with sum of the girls from the other skool that we'd be sharing highskool with this coming skool year. A lot of the girls at my own skool were becoming jealous and thought that when we become freshman, my friends and I would ditch our great ol friends from our old skool and go for the girls from the new one. I'm really close with the girls from our old skool and I know this won't be the case, but how do I make sure this doesn't happen and how can I make my friends from my old skool believe it won't? Just make sure that you make time for your old friends!Treat them as nicely as you always have!Make them included in plans,call them,stay involved and concerned in their lives!!Do things with just them sometimes,and do some things with them and your new friends sometimes so that they can all get to know each other!!Let them know how much you truly care for them,and that you wouldn't ditch them for the world!!And stand by your word!!!

Some good places to post them are on bulletin boards at grocery stores,on telephone poles(if that's legal in your area),at any business that has a bulletin board where you advertise(call around to places like Insurance Companies and such and ask if they have that available).You can also go around your neighborhood and slip a flyer in everyone's mailbox!!Some good ways to make flyers are on your own computer with programs like Microsoft Word or Works.Make them bold and colorful so that they're eye-catching!!!! Find yourself a good cleanser,possibly one with salicyclic acid in it,like Cedaphil,to help fight acne.Wash your face twice a day,once in the morning and once at night.Apply a topical acne cream or gel like Oxy or Stridex to the zits each night.And this is the most important part,invest in a good oil-free moisturizer(I really like Neutrogena's),and moisturize moisturize moisturize!!!Apply the moisturizer after you wash your face,and at night that would be before you put on any acne cream.And whatever you do,DON'T pick!!That will make it soooo much worse!Drinking lots of water does really help too!!!Hope this helps you out some!!! :)

ive been using antibiotics for acne and it only helps moderately. has anybody used anything like accutane or differin, and if so, did it completely clear things up?
I take antibiotics for my skin as well and I use a topical cream called Benzaclin and it has done WONDERS for my skin!!I apply it at night after I wash my face!My dermatologist tried putting me on differin gel in the mornings for a while as well as the antibiotic and the Benzaclin,but the Differin was way too harsh on my skin!I broke out all red and my face burned!! I have extremely sensitive skin!!Talk to your doc about Benzaclin,it's AWESOME!!!I noticed a difference fairly quickly after I started it too!Hope this helps ya!!! :)

A salute is where you write a little note to a person on paper saying "Hi" or something cute,and nice,and then you take a picture of you holding up that sign,either on a webcam if you have one,or on a regular camera.You then just send the picture to them,or post it on your site if you have one,like a Picturetrail or something!! :)

okay my cousin is here everyday because my mom has to babysit him and hes 10 and im 12 and in the past he has chocked me locked me in a car when it was 100 degrees out side he has banged a softball against my ear locked me in his rooam and bathroom he has pushed me in the shower and made me hit my head and yet he still does things to hurt me and now im stronger so i just wanna sock him really bad and i think he learns these things from his dad because his dad abuses him but still he does it and it hurts and sometimes he can be really cool like the best cousin ever but he abuses his little brother and makes fun of my sister and teases her how do i get him to stop should i just leave him alone i dont wanna get hurt again...
I think you should most definitely talk to your mom!!!!Tell her everything that's happened and how concerned you are(not to mention fed up)!Your cousin probably needs to get some help,especially if he's living in an abusive household and is learning that that's the way to behave.It's better to stop it now then to let him go on and get older,and let the violence escalate.Don't feel ashamed about going to your mom about this.You're doing it for your cousins own well-being because you love him,and also for your OWN well-being from him treating you like that!!!Best wishes!! No,I haven't experienced that problem.First of all,express to your friend how much you love her,and need her.Let her know all of the positive things she has in her life and all the reasons not to hurt herself.Especially over some silly boy.If he broke up with her,that's HIS loss,and another guy's gain!!!Tell her how worried you are and that you want her to be around for the rest of your life,you want you two to grow old together and for her to be an "aunt" to your kids someday,and that if she keeps doing this that won't be able to happen.Point out all of her positive qualities to her.Maybe do something sentimental like look thru old pics of you guys thru the years.Laugh and talk about some of your funny stories and memories.Unfortunately,when it comes down to it,you can do nothing more than that.There is a hotline you or she can call,1-800-DONT-CUT,which gives you all of your options for help and informs you about everything you need to know about cutting.If it continues,and/or gets worse,it may be time to tell a parent(either yours or hers) so that she can get help.She may be angry at first that you "told" on her,but in the end she will see that you did what you had to do because you love her so much,and she will be grateful for that.I wish you all the best.My thoughts and prayers are definitely with you.If you need anything more leave me another note in my inbox and maybe we could exchange SN's or something!Take care hunnie! :)
