too thin hi im 5'4 and 90 pounds. im worried that i dont weigh enough. everyone thinks im anerexic but im not so i dont care but i feel like my weight might be too low. should i gain weight?

As long as ur healthy there's no need 2 gain weight. If u really are concerned about it tho, go see a doctor and they can put u on a special diet 2 help u gain some pounds. ]
as long as you know you aren't anorexic, don't listen to them. if you really feel uncomfortable, go to your doctor. ask them for healthy ways to gain weight. it might just be your body type though. good luck!! send me something if you need more help or just wanna talk

wow you are teeny! yes you should gain weight, but maybe you should try building muscle.. muscle weighs more than fat. try eating a lot of protein and working out. ]
hii.. it wouldn`t be a horrible thing if yu gained a couple of pounds.. i mean i don`t know yu so i can`t judge but from wut yu say, yu seem VERY skinny... i mean if yu eat really well (which includes all three meals!! and a couple snacks here and there) and yu still weigh that much, maybe yu just weren`t meant to be fat!! but if i were yu i`d eat a lil bit of junk food just to show everybody that yur not anerexic! and once they believe yu, go back to the healthy stuff! hope i helped ]
It probably couldn't hurt you to gain a few pounds,I'm 4'10 and weigh the same!!But what's most important is your health.Are you healthy?Do you eat healthy foods,or even do you just eat whenever you want?It's important not to deprive yourself of foods.I think if your doctor says you're healthy and you're ok,then you probably are,but if you still feel bad about those few pounds for appearance reasons,pig out girl!Haha!Grab ya some junk foods,some ice cream,some chips,pizza,etc.Eat some meat,chicken,steak,porkchops,whatever you like!!And then just make sure you stay active enough to keep your health good!!!Have fun with the junk foods girl!! ;) ]

no-ur fine...some peoples metablisom is higher than others, or it cud just b ur bone structure and weight. If ur eating healthy and exercising reagularly then ur fine. Hope this helps

If I were you, I would try to gain more weight. If you are really worried about how your weight is and you think you should gain more, then go right ahead lol. If you think your fine the way you are, then you don't haave to gain any weight. It's up to you! I hope you make the right decision and I hope this helped!

Hiya!I think it really depends on how you feel..If your unhappy with your weight than I guess you could try to gain weight.But if you like the way you are than screw what others think!I think yes you are quite skinny but I also think that thats okay..as long as your healthy!If they think ur anerexic than....OH WELL!
