there are to causes of cramps. when u dont strethc, and youd so it's not that, and if your body doesnt have enough pottasium. pottasium is wat keeps your muscles moving and working. so the more pottasium you eat, aka bananas, u shouldn't have nemore cramps. hope i helped

well chances are she was smoking. cuase the smell of ones clothes doesn't very easily go to anothers persons clothes. a specially if she reaks. so chances are she was smoking and if she wasn't she was 2nd hand smoking, where the other ppl smoke and she inhails wat they exhail.

well you just gotta talk to him. and even tho your friend likes him, it doesn't mean she atomatically gets dibbs on him. the only way you can make him a better friend is for you to talk to him. and if you talk with a blushing face, that will give him a sign that you like him. and then maybe if your lucky he'll ask you out.

I'v always had low self esteem and latley i'v been feeling a little better about myself. well i think that dont always have to go out wit the famous kids. cause that usually puts more pressure on you, and in the end will make you feel even worse is u mess up on accident. so if you want a bf you might consider the ones you already know. but if you dont like any of them and you really wanna go out wit a famous popular guy i guess your just gonna have to show them that your wat they need. even if it seem scary. the only way to concure your fears is to live them. i hope i did good!

I'm taking the advice of those who answered my last question; I went through alot of stress dealing with problems wth one guy and a relationship that was almost official but flopped over and blew up in my face. Besides I'd like to have a boy friend.
Thing is there aren't lots of choices. I don't like asking guys straight up front to be with me, I'd rather pull them on gradually. Is this the right way to do it? the right way is your way. if you like to edge them on first than that how you do it. their is no right or wrong way. unless you like a freak or some jerk, not sayin you are. usually it's better for the person to be from your social group because that means he's got things in common with you already and you know eachother so you wont have those "dramatic pauses". a good trait in a guy is to see if he likes you more for who you are than just looks, and you also have to like his personality for it to truely work. srry i dont get your last question cause it's like worded wrong, but i hope my other info helped you.

There's a 'rock event' (like a disco but with rock music) that goes on in my town every month or so, and most of my mates go to it. Out of the seven of us, five go (I don't). This place has a really bad rep. and most people who go there drink, smoke and do drugs, but of course my friends parents have NO IDEA about this. All of my five friends who go have gotten into smoking, and two of them are serious binge drinkers. One guy I know but am not great friends with also goes to this place and has gotten into illegal drugs, as has one girl I was kinda 'hi in the hallway' friends with, and she got expelled and charged by the police for it. Now my problem is, I will NOT stand by and watch my friends slowly kill themselves with a load of alcohol, drugs and cigarettes, but how can I stop them? I can't say anything about how dangerous it is because that's like preaching and they know the dangers but don't care. I am thinking of breaking friends with them...three of them are moving into my house in a couple of months and I have told the two of them moving in with me that smoke and drink that they can forget moving in if they think they can smoke in my house and they just laughed. I don't want to preach and I know if they don't want to stop I can't make them...but what do you think I should do? I am NOT standing by and watching them die. There's also the added problem that I am extremely asthmatic and being in a house with smokers would (I've checked this with a doctor) kill me within a month, but my friends won't listen to this either. I love them all loads but I am not putting up with this any more and I am not putting my life on the line because they are too selfish to stop smoking. CAN I make them see sense? Or should I just break friends and move on?

i have to say that you should forget them and not let any of them move in with oyu unless they dont smoke or drink or anythin like that. i think you should unless your willing to give preaching a try. cause judging by how addicted they are i dont think that they'll ever quit and if they do... it wont be soon... i srry that you might have to leave your really good friends. but aparently... they dont care about wat you think.
