Hey, im 5'1 and i like my body weight the way it is right now, but my stomach is fat (the fattest part of my body), and unproportional to my body. i really wanna get a flat stomach like i used to, but i dont want to loose any weight. Is there any way to lose the fat on my stomach? or make it look better?

Yes, just do regular crunches and sit-ups and other abdominal (spell?) exercises... I would go to a regular gym though and get your own personal trainer because you probably would get better results and faster... I hoped i helped!! :)

Ok...there's this kid I like alot. I have for a really long time and we went out about 3-4 times before but now it's been like a year since the last time we dated. Well...he's not exactly the hottest guy in the school but he's popular and everythin,,like he has a great personality n everythin. Well i wanna tell my best friend that I like him again but I'm afraid of her reaction. Beacause she's really into looks and everythin..and not only that she just doesn't like him that much. What should I tell my friend and should I tell this kid I like him again? And if I do tell both of them who should I tell first? Help!

Obviously your friend's oppinion shouldn't matter about someone that she doesn't even like! I would tell this guy how you feel because you sound like you really really like this kid because you went out with him so many times... and try to correct what went wrong from all the break-ups too... Theres this guy in my school that saposebly likes me and another girl tasha.He asked for my number caled we talked and hes aware i like him back then today Tasha ws talking about how he kissed her and all this shyt.I was kinda pissed n he kept askin me wat was wrong but i wouldnt tell him...should i tell him that the fact that he cant choose between 2 girls is bothering me?and do you think hes a just a player n a waste of my time?

I would talk about it to a friend first, and maybe then he/she can help you with your problems... I wouln't talk about it to my parents because if i told my parents that i was depressed they probably wouldn't believe me or keep me on a tight - and i mean tight - leash and send me to all these counselors and stuff... they may help you, but basically the shrinks are freaks them selves and all they say is, "And how do you feel about that?" or just sit there quietly scribbling down notes... ahh okay me and my ex bf broke up SOOOOOOOOOOO long ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there was a big fight and we havent talked really since. ever since then his friends will NOT stop talking crap about me,calling me a hoe, and spreading soo many rumors about me around school.. my ex doesnt even goto my school nemore cause he graduated, but his cousins and his friends that he doesnt even really talk to nemore keep on talking shit about me...ofcourse i stand up for my self if they ever say nething to my face..ive said endless amount of things back so its not like i dont stand up for myself. ive even tried talking about it with them but they just wont stop...even if i become friends again with my ex bf, they still wouldnt stop..i dont want advice on how to make them stop, but just on how to look past it..i know i shouldnt care about whut other ppl say about me, its just im like a girl who looks at herself with sooo much respect, im the opposite of a slut...but they just keep talking..how do i handle this personally? thanks so much =]

Those guys are soOo immature!! Just keep on with the perserverance (spell?) you got now and just ignore them! You can also talk to your ex about them harrasing you and all... Since it was sOoO long ago, people should know that it's untrue and that they would blow it off too... I hoped i helped you!! :)

17-F I've hung out with this boy Chris twice this week and we like each other but whenever he trys to kiss me I pull away. I have kissed him but I dunno I don't have any desire to do it again. This past summer I was used by this other kid. Since then I haven't wanted to do anything with anyone. What do you think is the reason I don't feel comfortable with Chris?? I do really like him and I think he's getting frustrated with it.

Hey, aright well I have posted questions about my ex-boyfriend (at the time). Anyway this has to do with him. Well like on Friday on his birthday I started to go bak out with him, and once ppl started to kno about it they called us the ever lasting couple and I was happy about that cuz the first time we started to go out we lasted for 6 months. So I guess my question is after me and him have gone through all of this do u think that we will last for a long, long time or is this just a sign of trouble ahead for the both of us?

I am no stranger to the behaviour of most guys. Very sexual, like the jokes about sex but I have a slight problem, I don't know how to react. I have a few guys that are bothering me at this time I will explain. Well this boy called karl right he's 17 and i'm 14, well basically he wants sex and he keeps pestering me he tried to touch me up and I don't know what to do. Some boys just fancy me and I can take that. There's this other boy called Steve who's 16 but he thinks i'm going to go out with him and tries to get me to cheat on my boyfriend and his girlfriend which gets me in trouble with his girlfriend. Another boy I don't see but he's really nice, prob is he calls me all these names and keeps asking me out. A little younger boy who's a few months younger than me is asking me to strip i don't know how to answer these there a no but how do I say that assertively?

Well, you just have to stand up for yourself, don't afraid to be brutal like, "Hell no freak!" Then, if they take it TOO far, then you can always sue them for sexual harrasment... I hope i helped! :)

ok, yesterday at school my wallet was stolen. then today, some one said they found it in the park and gave it back to me, i looked and all my money is missing, but my photo id is still there. but i am afraid who ever took my money also wrote down my social security number. and now i am afraid of identity theft. what can i do? btw, i'm 17 if that helps any

Okay, first off, there are plenty of guys out there... and i am sure that your not gonna find the man of your dreams until your in like highschool, college, or after that! Anyhoo, just hang out with this guy that you like... go to movies and stuff. Don't lie to your parents, they ALWAYS find out! I am having a hard time meeting people at the university I go to, and I'm not sure why. My friends say I walk too fast and that I'm unapproachable because I don't always speak first. I am a little shy, but I would really like to make some friends because most of the people I know recently dispersed to schools in other states/cities. I do talk to people when I can, but it just doesn't seem to develop into a friendship where we could hang out anywhere but school. Is there anything more I can do? Thanks.

Try to walk slower, you have plenty of time inbetween classes! Just try to keep a conversation going like, "Hey, whatcha doin this weekend?" "Got any plans tonight or later this week?" And also, try to get you friends and go out to bars and parties more and just relax! You will have a fun time and can make more friends!! I hope i helped!! :)

I started my period about 9 months ago and I know that it takes about a year or 2 to get into an exact cycle..but how do you know when you're gonna have your period..because I don't wanna have a leak at school or something and not know about it until I get home! Please help!

Well, i have an irregular period so i NEVER know when mine is about to start... but when your period starts, count 28 days and circle that date and your period SHOULD start around there... i hope i helped! :)

Well, i was wondering... how did your boyfriend ask you out??? If he doesn't ask you in person, that usually means that he doesn't have a lot of confidence and you don't want a guy that is cautious about stuff like that... And have you ever considered the he may not like you or is cheating on you??? No offense or anything, but it sounds like he isn't that into you... why don't you try talking to him in person and see what he thinks. If he just ignores you, then i should say, just dump him!
