Ok- I usually am the one giving out advice... but I am stumped on my own problem. Well here is what happened:
I used to have a best friend named Justine. We hit it off great from the start. After the first month we'd known eachother, we spent the night at each other's houses almost every weekend. We had only known eachother for a year when the inevitable happened- but we'd shared so much together. I had told her all of my deep dark secrets, and she had told me some of her own.
Well- this summer, I had been at my cousin Ashley's house- and we had been chatting with boys on AIM. I told Justine about it when I saw her- and for some reason, she FLIPPED. She wouldn't talk to me, and she ignored all my e-mails to her.
This year, I went back to middle school, and Justine had changed completely over the summer. She had all these cheerleader friends, and she was acting like she was better than everyone else. She even sits in front of me in my English class.
This is where the problem comes in. I don't want to be Justine's friend anymore- she is such a brat- but I do want her to act civil towards me (in English she is always sighing, like she hated being around me- and she tells people, when I can hear- that she hates me). What can I do to make her stop acting so immature???
Sadly,some people are just like that!There are no words to get them to grow up already!!I think she may have been jealous that you were spending time with your cousin,and you seemed to move on so quickly from your friendship with her!You seemed so happy without her,and it probably made her jealous and insecure and so instead of just dealing with it like a grown up,she chose to wig out and act like a brat about it!!If she's treating you this way,and she's willing to change completely just for popularity reasons,she's probably not the kind of friend you want anyway!!! I wouldn't worry about it hunnie,just let her go do her thing,and if she sighs or makes comments about you just laugh and shrug it off!You'll find better,believe me! ;)

im 13, and my dad is turning 60 soon. i know thats not too weird if you have older parents, but my mom is only 40. and my dad is overweight but he's losing a lot. he used to be 300 lbs now he's 260. i know that thats good for him. and his dad lived to be 85, and his mom is 80 and shes still living. but im so scared of losing him before i grow up because i know all my friend's dads will be walking them down the isle when they get married but im soo scared that he wont be there for mine. how do i stop worrying? and im scared i'll break down while im talking to him about it so how can i? thanks
I have older parents too,so I can relate!I'm 20(almost 21) and my dad is 58.He's had problems w/weight and he's had heart trouble all my life(a heartattack when I was 5,triple bi-pass surgery when I was 15).It's hard I know.You worry about them so much.There have been nights when I've sat up all night listening to my dad snoring,cuz as long as he was snoring,I knew he was ok.Haha,it's those kind of weird irrational things you think of.I wish that there were some magic words I could tell you,but there aren't.As long as your dad is getting his health under control,and obviously he has genetics on his side,there's no reason he won't live to be 110,heehee!!You just cherish your dad,love him,and have fun with him!!!If you start to worry all the time he will see that in you,and then he'll worry about his little girl!!That's how daddy's are!!And if you spend your whole life afraid of,or trying to prepare for death,then you're not really living.Always remember that.If you need anything else,feel free to leave me a message in my inbox!! :)

Be honest with him sweetie!!Let him know how that makes you feel.Tell him definitely doesn't make you love him any less but that it does hurt/bother/worry you that he still has feelings for his ex.I would tell him that he needs to really give this some thought because you don't want to continue in a relationship where your boyfriend is thinking of another girl!!!Whether it's good or bad,you deserve a straight answer out of him.You don't wanna allow him to string you along or to put off telling you his true feelings.It's good that he was honest and upfront with you about his situation.Hopefully he will keep up that pattern!!Best of luck hun,and let me know how it goes!!!Hope this helps some! :)

Sure,you want to pick out the picture you want to use,and use one of your photo programs(I use Dell Image Expert),like Photoshop or MGI Photo Suite,anyplace where you can edit your picture.Then you want to scale down the size of your image until it is 15k or smaller.Your photo edit program should tell you the size of your image!!

Yes. It's another one of those Dating complaints. Although I know there are way too many of these, I'm afraid I'm going to have to contribute.
I'm currently dating a young man who is five years older than I am. (I am fourteen and he is nineteen, if that helps any.)
No one really knows that I am with him. I haven't told my friends nor have I told my family, of course. I don't want to be forced to break up with him just because my family believes the age difference is too much. *shrug*
Anyways...One of the problems in our relationship is...we have never met. We're dating over the internet. And, although this may seem silly and (that I know personally and who knows him personally and has met him) and ever since the first time I talked to him, I found myself attracted to him. He asked me out and we've been together ever since.
Of course...It all seems rather...odd. I've never had an internet relationship, before, and I've never had a relationship this serious. I've actually thought about my future with this guy. Marriage, kids, etc.
I really don't know that much about him, though. And he's hesitant to tell me very much.
Should I get out of this relationship? Should I ask him to tell me more about himself? Is there something that I need to do? I'm confused...And I know I don't really have any specific questions. I just need advice.

Well,internet relationships can be pretty tough since you're not able to actually see and interact with this guy.I would also take the fact that he is hesitant to share much information about himself,as a red flag.Personally I would let him know that he's not really endearing himself to you by keeping things from you!Also,although you probably don't wanna hear it,the age difference is a pretty big thing.There's a major difference emotionally,mentally,and physically between 14-yr-olds and 19-yr-olds.Trust me,when you get older you'll see what I mean,you'll change SO much SO many times.And often you'll look back and think some of the things you did at 14,15,16 were sooooo dumb!Haha! I've been there!I think your best bet is to look for a nice guy your age or at least closer to your age who lives around you.A new school year is starting,and with that comes endless possibilities!!!!Keep in touch,let me know how everything is going!!!! :)

I think sneakers look cute with shorts and capri pants!!!But if you don't like that look,don't wear them that way!!Hehe! Wear them with your jeans and pants!!Maybe find some belts or tops in similar colors that would really look good with them! :)

ive liked this one guy for awhile now.. and hes always telling people he hates me and stuff and when i ask him about it he says it isnt true. the other day i told him to be honest.. and if he didnt like me as a friend to just tell me so ill be better off.. but he told me he still likes me n stuff .. i was thinking he might just be saying it to get me to be on His Side of this fight thats going on but im not sure. Sounds like this guy is a little too wishy-washy for his own good!!You need to confront him and tell him "Look,you need to be straight with me.Do you like me or not,because I'm not gonna sit around and wait for you for the rest of my life.I'm not gonna wait for nothing!!So is there something worth waiting for?" If this guy is "embarassed" to ask you out for ANY reason,much less his friends,then he's probably not the kind of guy you wanna be with anyway.You want a guy who will treat you good,respect you,and be proud to be with you!!You don't deserve any less than that!! ;)

Well,you do just what you said,you think about it.Weigh your options.Think of which guy you are most comfrotable around,which guy treats you the best,which one makes you laugh the most,which one is the most fun to be with,which one do you have more in common with,etc.Then you give them their answers as gently as possible.Make it clear that you don't want to come between their friendship,and you really care for each of them,but that you've made your decision and you hope that they can respect that.Best of luck hunnie!! okay school starts in 3 weeks and i wanna loose as much weight as i can before it...i weigh 105 to 107 and i wanna loose it! i need to loose on my thighs too they're pretty big. i excersise by going to the gym i only go like 2 to 3 times a week and play bball...what're some best ways to loose weight? how much could one loose in one week? by doing what? help and thanx!
Hunnie,I don't think you need to lose weight at all!!!That's pretty skinny!!Hehehe Also,about your thighs,people who are athletic and work out a lot can have bulkier or what appears to be bigger legs.It's just that you're so strong and have so much muscle!! And losing weight really quickly is never healthy,remember that.But I would reccomend trying something like Yoga or Pilates.They're both really great exercises,which increase your flexibility and your overall health.They're also great for helping you to relax and relieve tension!!!Hope this helps some! :)

No,I don't think so at all.But the thing about it is,are you happy with yourself??If you feel like you would be more comfrotable in your own skin if you lost a few pounds,then I say go for it!But stay away from any crash diets or depriving yourself of food.The trick is to eat several small meals a day.Like,if you're on the go,in the afternoon or between meals,just grab a little snack,like a handful or grapes or strawberries or a cup of yougurt,or even some pretzels,whetever it is that you like!!!And for exercise you can always take walks and then work your way up to taking jogs around the block or something.It's also great to go to your local YMCA(at least for me,lol).There you have access to good things like the treadmill,stationary bike,and I even like SOME of the Nautalous(sp?) machines.Also,you can swim some laps or play a game of racketball,which is great for relieving tension and getting out any frustrations!Hehe!But like I said the most important thing is feeling happy and comfrotable in your own skin!!!Hope I was able to help you some!!! :)

Hmm..I'm gonna assume you're asking for pointers on how to tell if a girl is sick of you,cuz that's the way it sounds!Hope I'm right!But anyway,some of the same things a guy would do,not returning phone calls,or always having an excuse to either not answer their phone or get off of the phone.Suddenly she seems to have stopped getting online.She might be less physically affectionate or seem real distant when you try to talk to her or hug her or anything.And some girls just do the dirty work,and dump the guy!!Usually girls will try and be nicer about it,and worry more about hurting someone's feelings.But trust me,if a guy is just gettin on our LAST nerve,you WILL know!!Hahaha! ;)
