If you want to be original yes, it is a must to Create things in your own. You can take things from the web and edit them but credit must be given to the original designer.
Creating designs takes time and patience and for digital work, the right programming (photoshop, and illustrator specifically) how would you feel if you worked hard in a design and saw someone else flaunting it around claiming its theirs?

I used to have this issue too. Here are a few things that helped me.
1. Go to the bathroom. Really. Release any urine before sex.
2. Get completely turned on before hand. Sucking in the breasts works for me. Fingering after.

I'm trying to grow out my hair, so I've tried to reduce the amount of heat I use on my hair. Some nights before bed, I braid my hair (while it's still wet so it will be wavy the next morning). Trim the ends of your hair the one day in the first week of every month, the moon is in its growing phase.
Keep your hair picked up in a ponytail. the tighter the better.

I agree with Witty, just find some way to cope in a positive manner. Writing and drawing is very popular since it expresses one's feelings.
There is no 'easy' way out sweetie.If you truly are happy, you wouldnt be doing it in the first place. Find what is causing you to do this and fix it.
As for scars, makeup (foundation & concealer) is ideal, long sleeves and sweaters as well. And when people ask pretend you know nothing at all.

do the scales!! (do re mi fa so la ti do) it helps control voice and its actions. And if you saw the movie high school musical i think you know sharpay's impressive voice excersices. roll you lips together it lossens up your lips. then start with a song that you know well but doesnt hit the high note. thats pushing it to far. if its a group find the group member which has more of your own voice. for ex: my group and i were singing emotions by destiny's child and im michelle(ironically) a low soprano. Then just pick out their pieces, and learn to harmonize.
its alot of hard work, but with practice and patience, you'll do great.
