I like this guy I have been really good friends with..and we text and chat ALL the time...he has told me many times that I am hot and pretty and he likes talking to me...just recently he told me and ONLY me that he was moving and he wanted to be in a relationship before he moved..but he likes another girl. So everyday I like to stretch to get loose. I usally spred out my legs some I stretch down to my right leg, the middle, and then the left. But when I go down to my left leg I feel this weird pain in the back of my left knee. What do you think could be causing this? Is there anything I can do to fix it? (link)

I'm not sure exactly what it is, because I'm not a doctor or anything, but I think I might be able to help you. I've been a cheerleader for 10 years, and a dancer for 16, so I know the pains of everywhere on the body. I'm also not sure what causes it, but I do know what you're talking about. Something that should help:
When you stretch on your left side, do the same thing, just bend your knee so that you are half-way in the criss-cross sitting pose thingy. When you stretch, push you're gonna have to push harder because you won't stretch as well, but it will help.
And if the pain continues for more than a couple of days of stretching like that, you should go see a doctor. They'll tell you what's wrong, and help you out.

Ok i live in californa for just about 5 weeks and before that I Used to live in NM and talked to this guy on Myspace and I knew him because my cosuin and him are firends and now me and him go to the same school the first day i was there he came up to me and shook my hand and said him name was "Jose" and i like him alot, like love him when im around him i cant see or heard any one thats not him. but he likes another girl for a long time but she dosent like him and they used to go out but she broke up with him but i dont now what to do should i tell him i like him or not . My cousin said he'll tell people and they'll make fun of me but i really dont know what to do HELP........ everytime im not with him or he doent talk to me i just want to cry ..... i've never felt like this before...... :(

Is it Jose that will tell? Or your cousin? If it's your cousin, then you should just beat him to it: Tell Jose yourself. It'll make things a whole lot easier. Good luck!!!

Just write what you feel. She'll appreciate that more than anything else you could do. Or take her on a lunch date and thank her in person.

I'm 19 years old. I grew up with a very stable life. My parents are happily married, always have been. I'm close with both of them. They spoil me, care about me, and love me more than anything. I'm from a upper middle class family, pretty, smart and have a lot going for me.
The thing is, alot of guys have realized that and I have had attention from them ever since middle school. I lost my virginity at 14 and loved sex ever since. I refuse to count the number of guys I have slept with but I'm sure it is well over 30.
This is my deapest darkest secret and lately it has been eating away at me. nobody knows about this and I can't stop thinking about it. I don't know why I've slept with so many people...it just, happened and felt right at the time.
I want to know what is wrong with me or at least how I can get over this shame. I can't tell my boyfriend, my best friends. I've been tested so I don't have stds...but knowing that over 30 guys can go around saying they have had sex with me just kills me.
why would a stable girl be such a whore? how do I get over this?

Sounds more like your ranking on yourself: you need to relax. What you should do is put away a saturday or sunday, possibly both, for just YOU. Take the time to figure out why you had sex with so many people. Then, look back at the one's that you can remember, and think about whether or not you feel guilty, or if you honestly regret it. For the most part, when you look inside yourself, you'll realize that you don't feel guilty about them. When you do this, look at each night by itself. Don't think about multiple ones at a time. And even if you do feel guilty about any of them, get over it. There is absolutely nothing you can do about the past. All you can do is to move on.
By the way, if you find that you feel guilty about more than 5, and you feel bad about yourself, you can always change. Train yourself to be able to resist the desires of your body (i know, easier said that done, but still possible).
And ultimately, I will repeat myself: relax. Your not a whore, or a slut. You are just you, and that's all you'll ever be.

Ok. To start with, I'm going to start with her getting mad. I know she's your best friend and all, but the same thing happens with me and my best friend. The question for that: How much time do you spend with him? My best friend is always hanging out with him, always ditching me for him, and completely ignores me whenever he's around. That's why I get mad at her and why I don't wanna hang out with her whenever he's around. If you do the same thing, talk with her. She'll tell you how she feels about it. But if she's just getting mad at you brcause she likes him, then she just needs to back off. And with Brandon? Don't go back. If he dumped you to date your best friend, he ain't worth any of your time. And all he'll do is hurt you. Trust me: I've been there. It hurts more than anything.
As for Alicia: No matter what, talk to her. Find out what she thinks and feels, then go from there.
