I can understand...It's really hard to grow hairs because of it's texture....I guess you must try mustard oil it helps to grow your hairs...if not works for you then try some better hair extension like kinky locks, spring twists etc....Have a quick look over it [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Some peoples hair don't grow even nearly half as fast as others, but to keep your growing, no matter how fast or slow the key is to keep it healthy. One big hair applianc that prevents from hair growing fast is straightening it every day or very often. Adding heat to hair often or regularly is damaging to the hair and a lot of heat cause split ends and hair to break. No matter what type of texture your hair is, this happens to be true. One way to make your hair grow faster is by trimming the ends not often but maybe every few months or when they need a trim. You can buy semi expensive products that help protect the hair. Eat healthy also. This can be a slow process though. It's growing but you may not really see the growth of the hair as fast as you may want it. Extensions can do the trick. Whether you like braids or not, you can also braid your hair any way that you want, whether corn rolls or whatever. They have to be tight. That helps hair grow long.

I'm a black female and my suggestion for growing out your hair is using extensions and braiding your hair into them. You can leave them in for about 3-4 months and also if it gets oily you can was your hair with them in, take out and re-do the extension until it's at the length you want. This is what I do.

If you want your hair to look long and shiny though after you use the extentions, try perming your hair.

I've gotten good hair growth results using either biotin vitamins, or prenatal vitamins. I take one prenatal vitamin in the morning and my hair grows about a half inch to a full inch every month. When I stop taking them it grows at the most a half inch in a month. As far as I know, your race and hair type don't effect the way that the vitamins work.

I wasn't aware that growing hair required any special effort. People have been doing it for aeons without special protein shakes or scalp massages.

The nice thing about hair is that if you find you don't like it longer, you can always arrange to have it made shorter again.

When you shampoo your hair make sure you really massage the scalp, this will stimulate hair growth.
I take Biotin-you can get it from any drug store. Just make sure you drink lots of water if you take this though-works for me.

Increase your protein intake and drink a lot of water. You should also massage your head for at least 10 minutes a day to stimulate the blood in your head. Also when your hair starts to grow out, make sure you condition your hair to avoid any damages and avoid heating your hair because that can hurt the texture of the hair.

This may sound a bit odd but protein plays a huge role in nails, hair and skin. I drink protein shakes and have noticed a significant difference in hair growth.
