First: It is prostitution with one exception is illegal everywhere in this country including New York City.
Second: The younger the prostitute the shorter her life span. If you want to see your 18th birthday I would suggest you stick with the normal ways a 14 year old earns money. Prostitution is illegal and dangerous. It is nowhere near as glamorious as Hollywood makes it out to be.
Third: What you can look foward to is being robbed, raped and beaten as well as being strung out on drugs. You can also look forward to being infected with every STD and probably AIDS.

No one here can give you this advice, because its illegal.
Prostitution is illegal in New York, and prostitution at the age of 14 is illegal pretty much everywhere.
I think people should be free to choose to buy and sell sex, but anyone who buys or sells sex from a minor is a monster and an abuser. Keep yourself safe. If sex work is something you want to do, there is lots of time and much safer ways to go about it - when you are older and can engage in it legally.

Sex industry workers are open to all sorts of hazards. They're at a high risk for violence, drug addiction and STIs. You would be putting your body, your mind and your life at risk every day. It might seem like easy money, but it's so dangerous and it's hard to leave once you start.
Besides all of this, you're underage. It's illegal for men over 18 to have sex with you, let alone pay for it. You could be arrested for prostitution.
There are so many other ways to make money at your age. Baby-sitting, dog-walking, cleaning houses, doing yardwork. Don't sell yourself into a life like that.
