i'm miserable i want to kill myself cause well my child told me to die today
i am a 44 yr old woman and i am finally in a place i feel at home.i'm single disabled and have the biggest heart anyone could ask 4. But my problem is my youngest daughter 22w/child i addore so much that lives with me for the forth time and her daddy raised her in nc,where i'm from and he stole her from me when she was 2 but she came back to me when her stepmother left to 4 the same reason i did,, drugs...he was on and 4 me physical and mental abuse. i left my home state because he threatened me and my land lord that he was going to burn my house down if he didn't get shed of me.well that was 13 yrs ago and 2 wks ago he called my daughter and asked me if he could stay here temporarily and of course i said yes. well now 3 wks later he caused me and my babygirl got in a fist fight today. i have fybromyalgae and now have bruises on me and then she left with him but said theyd be back tomorrow. well my pt. is i don't want to live anymore because stress brings alot of pain to me and they are taking over my home and won't help clean all they do is ask for money that i have not gottten so i'm miserable i want to kill myself cause well my child told me to die today that it would make her
life so much better well i am sick and tired of being sick and tired.signed MISERABLE

First of off why did you say yes? You knew what he was like. I normally don't respond to people when they say "I want to kill myself" cause it is the dumbest thing anyone could ever say.. However I wanted to add my 2 cents on here.
Kick them both out!! It is your place you live there. Inform them that they have a week to move out. If they do not move out get a restraining order put on them both. You are a grown woman!!! Your daughter is 22 she has a head of her own she can figure life out all by her little self!!

They are abusing you. You need to tell this man you got away from to get out of your house be strong and kick his butt to the crib. You need to tell your daughter you love her but if she is going to live in your home she needs to help you and respect you. Be strong! Your daughter wouldnt be happier with you gone you are the one helping her.

You phone the police, You tell them the situation and have him arrested. This is assault and is domestic violence. Remember one thing this is YOUR HOME. You have every damn right to say who comes and goes in your house. Sometimes we can only be so kind before we need put a foot down and keep it down. This man has crossed the line, He has no right and you need to fight for your rights. Have him arrested, YES press charges against him and go through with him. This man had his chance and he blew it, Sometimes we need to show our children tough love in this case I would tell your daughter that she is going to have to find another place to stay. This is completely unacceptable, You can be there mentally but it's time to take to the next level. Move her out and don't let her back in she obviously needs to learn things the hard route.
Suicide isn't the answer, You are miserable because you are putting up with other peoples shit in your own home. I would too be miserable and stressed. You call the police and you have him arrested and I promise you the stress will no longer be there. Everyone goes through tough times but your safety is what comes and should always come first!!! You have rights, You use them.

If your daughter or your ex-husband struck you that is at the very least assault. It is also domestic violence given the family relationship. Assaulting someone anyone is a crime, as is domestic violence for which you should call the police. They will remove your daughter and her father from your home. The police will also give you instructions on how to file for a restraining order(s) to keep them away from you once they are released on bail.
Killing yourself is the wrong solution. The right solution is making this a police matter and allowing the police and the courts to protect you and teach them they cannot take advantage of you.

phone a womens helpline in your area.tell her your situation and find sumwhere you can stay in meantime.when your safe look into some AlAnon meetings so you can help yourself.this will help your daughter too.put a tresspass order on him .and your daughter or give her a time frame to move.really look into AlAnon its for people like youwho have been with people with addictions.youl find heaps of support and people like you who have been in this situation.talk to a womens refuge helpline in the area.

Don't die, your a mom and no matter how many hurtful things a daughter says to thier mom, they still love them with all their heart. I know that because I have been a daughter for 13 going on 14 years now. About her dad though, it may be time to call the police, or at least next time he does something to you that shouldn't happen. Such as the fist fight.
I normally have a lot of stress but lately I have been stress free. This is because I enjoy my life even through the bad things. This saying also helps me..."The castle lays beyond the thistles"
You need some time by yourself, if you can afford it then go fly to somewhere nice for a few days. And if you don't have enough money try horse back ridding or just a walk outside.
Eating foods like beets or alvacado help your brain. This would help you to think more positively. I hope I helped, I have loads more of info so if you want it just inbox me :)
