Ive been in love with this guy for 4 years now we've been in a on and off relationship for 3. I still love him but it just feels like we arent going any where so i think its time to say goodbye. He never shows that he actually likes me, he says he loves me but i just dont feel like he really means it. I decided that its time for me to move on does any one have any good ways to break it to him? please and thank you

There is not good, bad or easy way to tell someone you want to let things go separate ways.
Just sit him down and tell him the truth.
Just be ready for any words such as I can change, or I will be different. etc etc If you feel strongly that its time for things to go separate ways then just gotta tell him.
Best Wishes

Hi,

Im 23 and from the UK and my girlfriend has just broken up with me out of the blue after 4 years. Her reason was "I just don't think you're 'the one'". It seemed like a pathetic excuse. One I didn't, deserve especially after how long we had been together. I didn't beg or cry or anything I just picked up my stuff and left, I then went round the next day (whilst she was working) and took all my stuff home, we havent spoke since either. It's finally hit me now and i feel horrible inside, I can't eat, drink, concentrate at work or anything. I've had to move back in with my parents and I just don't know what to do, I don't get on well with my parents and can't talk to them, all my brothers live at opposite ends of the country and most my friendships have drifted away recently. My only person talk to is her mum, I was really close with her family and she is like a mum to me. Ive not just lost my girlfriend ive lost a family as well. I just don't want to carry on with life anymore, I'm just constantly depressed. I've still got a few things left round her house and I want to meet up with my girlfriend and ask some questions about where this has all come about? Her mum suggested leaving it for a bit and then meeting up, I'd rather just get it over with now, otherwise if i do it in a few weeks time it will bring me back to square one again. I just can't imagine myself moving on, I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with her, I've never felt so happy before than when I was in her company and now that's lost forever. If you can let me know your thoughts I'd really appreciate it, thanks. (link)
One your are 23 years old. Still young! Two its going to happen. Relationships either will last or they wont. It is called life! Life is all about living and learning, making mistakes and continuing on.
So it didn't work out, move on. Since it was such a long relationship to begin with take some time to yourself. Focus on you, your job etc. Once you feel that you are ready then go back to the dating scene.
Either way it is a learn tool for the future in your life. Don't sit and sulk on it.

My kitty is ridiculously obese. Not even exaggerating, he looks like one of those photoshopped fat cats. I think he's like 27 lbs or something. Is he at risk for disease? My mum works at an animal hospital so.
Thank you (link)
My cat at his max was 25lbs. I had a vet once tell me to put him on a all can food diet. It worked he has lost tons of weight still very active and is doing good. Now since he is on all can food I do feed him a bit more than I did when he was on dry food.
The thing is dry food has a lot of fillers in it. The can food will not have the fillers in it that you have in dry food.
Good Luck

I'm 5'5" and 145 pounds, I want to lose 20 pounds but every time I try I cheat on my diet. I kept cheating and telling myself that Id just start my diet over the next day, but when the next day came I always ruined my diet. People around me are always eating junk and when I see it I have to have it and I over eat. If eat a small portion of something I crave then I will want it.
I've been on a diet for 3 days and I cheated, so I start over. How can I stop craving junk food? (link)
I have friends that through out their lives have been on and off of diets. Question is that I always ask them the same thing.
So once you complete you diet and get to the weight you want, are you going to continue with the diet or go back to eating the way you did before?
Diets are nonsense unless you plan on making a life diet change.
If you are craving certain foods that is your body going into shock. You are not allowing those foods into your body and well its going through a withdraw for it. Simply don't eat what you are craving. Drink tons of water with cravings. I know it is hard I just recently found out I have to go gluten free. And its a major change and it very difficult however I am dealing with it. Best thing stick to the change. If it gets to bad chew on some gum. :)
Hope this helps

i have a rott n great peranease mix he is almost 2 years old. he is the most stubborn dog i have ever had!! would like some suggestions on how to get him to quit chewing up things like flip flops bras any toy of my sons tissue n anything wood. he has had since the day brought home something to chew his own toys always a raw hide or bone never without yet he chooses to chew things he know he not suppose to. i catch him in his act all the time and right when u say mister in a stern voice his head goes down and he drops it so he knows and we do not hit him was a smack on the nose when he was a pupp yet he seem to think u were playing and would hip hop all over a go get a toy and want to plsy so that stop and just a strong no is what he gets and i take from him and show him no and then see if he want to take it again and if he does again a NO until he stops he is driving me apsolutely crazy i have always had well trained animals and he has many issues the chewing is just a beginning thought i would start there (link)
This is a trick I learned a long time back. It doesn't harm the animal however it will make him/her change his/her mind about chewing.

Get a couple of hobanaros pepper cut them and rub the juice on whatever the dog/pup is chewing on. They will think twice. And again it doesn't harm them just makes them think twice.

I made chicken for the first time on Sunday. It came out decent but the chicken seemed a little dry. What are tips for making chicken really moist and juicy but at the same time making sure it's cooked all the way? Is there anything I should add to it before, after, or during the cooking of it?

Thanks! (link)
What you will need.
Oven safe dish, Olive oil, butter, salt and pepper
ohh and the chicken of course.
I cook a lot and well I really dont measure nor do I set timers for my food I go by instinct and smell. So I will give you my best advice and ideas you will have to test and trial from here.
You want to have your chicken in a bowl big enough for it to soak overnight in the fridge in salt water.
Once ready rub Olive Oil all over the chicken and massage the meat well.
Use butter to put between the skin and meat on the breast part of the chicken.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
When putting the bird in the oven safe dish put it breast side down.
Bake
When done turn the bird over and meat should be tender and juicy.
Hope this helps

i am a 44 yr old woman and i am finally in a place i feel at home.i'm single disabled and have the biggest heart anyone could ask 4. But my problem is my youngest daughter 22w/child i addore so much that lives with me for the forth time and her daddy raised her in nc,where i'm from and he stole her from me when she was 2 but she came back to me when her stepmother left to 4 the same reason i did,, drugs...he was on and 4 me physical and mental abuse. i left my home state because he threatened me and my land lord that he was going to burn my house down if he didn't get shed of me.well that was 13 yrs ago and 2 wks ago he called my daughter and asked me if he could stay here temporarily and of course i said yes. well now 3 wks later he caused me and my babygirl got in a fist fight today. i have fybromyalgae and now have bruises on me and then she left with him but said theyd be back tomorrow. well my pt. is i don't want to live anymore because stress brings alot of pain to me and they are taking over my home and won't help clean all they do is ask for money that i have not gottten so i'm miserable i want to kill myself cause well my child told me to die today that it would make her
life so much better well i am sick and tired of being sick and tired.signed MISERABLE (link)
First of off why did you say yes? You knew what he was like. I normally don't respond to people when they say "I want to kill myself" cause it is the dumbest thing anyone could ever say.. However I wanted to add my 2 cents on here.

Kick them both out!! It is your place you live there. Inform them that they have a week to move out. If they do not move out get a restraining order put on them both. You are a grown woman!!! Your daughter is 22 she has a head of her own she can figure life out all by her little self!!
You are 44 yrs old! Act like it!
None in this world has to put up with this type of abuse from anyone. Stand up for yourself!

Ok, so my family and I are currently planning to buy a horse for me. We already know where we are going to board her but is there anything I should know about this? What should I buy for her? I know I need tack and grooming stuff, blankets, all that. Byt is there anything else??? Thanks! (link)
How old is the horse you will be getting? What breed are you getting?
You will want to make sure that you have the correct gear for him/her.
Is the horse already broke? If so you need to find out what type of gear he/she was broke/trained on.
I had two horses one was a paint that was trained on a hackamore and the other she was a quarter trained on a bit.
Also when purchasing your saddle are you wanting to do western riding or other?
There is sooo much information that goes with having a horse. A horse is nothing like having a pet dog, cat etc etc.
Get as much information as you can from the people you will be purchasing her/him from.
Food wise, hay is a good starter, check into alfalfa for him/her. However do not feed alfalfa all the time this is a every once in a while food.
You can also every once in a while feed him/her sweetfeed. Seriously though it is a way to learn as you go. If you have any questions regarding this go to your vet see if they care for large animals and if they do ask them questions they should be able to help you out. Good luck. Will check back from time to time to see if you answered any of my other questions. PS you will love your horse. I miss mine so very much.
