My girlfriend thinks I don't truly want her. How Can I show her I want her with all my heart?

Question Posted Saturday February 11 2012, 2:54 am

Me and my girlfriend have been dating for ten months. Half way through are relationship we broke up because my parents did not like the fact that she was 15 and I was about to be 18 in two months, but then we got back together secretly so that my parents would not know. I told my parents I was dating my girlfriend a month ago but I still treat my relationship with her like a secret. When me and her are around other ppl that we don't or do know, I step away from her, thinking they might accuse me of something and send me to jail. The things is it's not illegal to date her. I just can't have sex with her. I'm allowed to hold her hand and hug her in public , but I am still scared to. "How can I over come my fear and show my girl I truly do love her and only her? " I really love her please give me some advice.

You have to ask your self this question if your truely love her you shouldnt be scared to show your feelings for this female. You really have to make sure she is the one you have to spend your life with and just do it or risk losing her. age doesnt matter. I am 20 and my husband is 25

I am going to be a bit critical

You are pretty much an adult, Why are you dating someone who is only 15 years old? Sure, It may not be illegal to date her but in the eyes of most people they are going to wonder what your intentions are of being with someone much younger than you. Yes, It seems like only a 3 year age difference but there is a big gap of maturity between the age of 18 and 15. While you are soon to graduate, Your girlfriend still has another 2-3 years of High School.

Really, You should be a little paranoid. You are dating a minor. If I were the parents and I found out my 15 year old daughter was dating an 18 year I don't care how secretive it was I would make sure it didn't happen. You are 18, You should technically be dating someone more your age. Also, Lying to her parents about keeping the entire thing a secret is of course no way to gain their trust.

Sorry it's not what you want to hear, but that's my opinion and I stick to what I said.

Maybe, Its too late but;
I think to be able to overcome this fear, you'll have to take it step by step.
Ex:You guys are walking, get close to her and hold hands. And say your at the mall with her, get to giving hugs. Then you can get to kissing and stuff like that.
Just don't think that you're doing wrong.
Hope I Helped.
