I still suggest you seek medical advice to ensure that you or have a mature person get you a pregnancy test. [ Be_Smart's advice column | Ask Be_Smart A Question ]

I mean I guess one way is when you get the baby bump other than that there is no way. Either go to a store pick up a test and go to a friend's house to see or go to a clinic. Those are your two options. You won't know whether you're pregnant or not by not getting a test. Maybe even go to your doctor and get a test there they can do it by taking blood or by a urine sample. Whatever you choose, you need to know so you can have options and make some choices. [ AdviceMistress's advice column | Ask AdviceMistress A Question ]

If you are over 14 years old the law provides for you medical confidentiality in matters of this nature. Meaning you can visit your doctor, get a pregnancy test and your doctor cannot discuss the test or results with your parents without your written consent.
The law is called HIPPA; Health Information Personal Privacy Act. A section of the act specifically covers children 14 years and older so they can have consultations with their doctors without parental knowledge for problems such as you might have and other things.
This also means you can ask the doctor for birth control pills and not need parental consent. It also means that if you are pregnant and want to abort the pregnancy, unless you state has a law forbidding it which in most cases have been held unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, you can also get one without parental knowledge.
In the same vain you can not be forced to have an abortion by your parents. The same law that protects your confidentiality, protects you in this manner as well. It is your body, your decision.
