I am skinny, yet my face is chubby, Hair cut advice, its looking dull and flat.. and makeup advice? thanks How old do you think i look in this picture?

if i were you for my hair i would either get highlights or cute your hair shoulder lenghth
makeup: i would put eyeliner, masscara ( good black one so you can see your eyelashes good(:
maybe some lipgloss
in my opinion i wouldnt put the liquid foundation on because im pretty sure it clogs your pores. if you want to use coverup, i would go with the powder.
but don't get me wrong because you are really pretty and i bet a lot of guys will go after you just the way you are(:

Hair:
-Try out light blunt bangs or whispy side bangs
-Layer & shorten your hair a bit more & maybe some volumizing shampoo
-Maybe add in some waves or loose curls
Make up:
-Darken your eyebrows
-Dark eyeliner & mascara
-Soft lip color

Your face is round, so you should probably add some layers and frame your face to add more shape, you need more layers and it's very flat so try curling it.
Wear a nude lip color and some mascara with light eye liner, keep it simple.

As I see by your picture, you are a very beautiful girl. The 'MEEEEUGLY' does not coincide with the girl in the picture. Not at all. My guess, 15.

She has many tutorial videos on her page. Also you could always look up on youtube a tutorial to help you find techniques applying makeup and ideas on products to use.
When applying bronzer or blush, apply to the temples, cheekbone, and the jaw line. Doing this will contour your face and make it appear slimmer.

You are really beautiful to begin with. I notice that in this picture is that your hair is completely straight. I advice you to make your hair a little curly to center your face.
Try to brighten your lip color so it focuses on your lips a little bit. Some blush will lighten your cheekbones and make your cheekbones a little slim and kind of attention taking.
I advice you to not go crazy with the makeup. Try to be natural as you can. As for eye-shadow, I want you to try light brown and pink. Something earthy because that is what i see when I look at you.
Some mascara will not hurt but not too much because it wont look good with your eyes. I don't want it to clump. For mascara use dark brown not black.

Your hair is long, Straight and would probably look good if you tried to chop it shoulder length and lighten it up a little bit with some highlights. If you want to try makeup go light, I personally find women more attractive when they don't over do the makeup. Try applying some simple eye liner and a colored lip gloss. If you want add a little blush to your face but again don't over due it.
