Piercing place near muskegon MI willing to pierce 13 year old?
Question Posted Tuesday June 14 2011, 9:49 pm
Hi, i'm 13 years old and have wanted a piercing for about 2 years now.My guardians have said i have to wait until i'm 13.And i was wondering if anyone knew of any places near Muskegon MI that will do a tongue piercing?
Slut, ok? everyone today gets tats and piersings, dont listen to this jerkoff who answered. my sister my mom and me all have tats, and they are a symbol of something meaningful to you so you can keep it forever, go out and get your piercing. So idk what piercing your talking about but research a piercing place (it may even be a piercing/tattoo place) then call the number and find out the age consent to get what you want pierced. most likely you need to be 14, and you can get anything pierced with your parent/guardian(s) But if thats the case just wait another year, i know its hard, but i remember seeing girls who went to claires or piercing pagoda because they were so desperate to get it theres turned out pretty gross, because their you can be 13 but they almost always screw it up becuese they are inexpierenced, so dont go there. if you go to a piercing/tattoo shop it will not get infected, hope i helped, and get your tatoos and piercings! My sister got her tongue pierced when she was 14 at a dodgy backstreet piercing studio in some random guy's house. A few weeks later a story appeared in the local paper about another underage girl who had also got her tongue pierced at this place. Turned out it had got horribly infected because the equipment wasn't sterilized and the wrong jewellery was used. She ended up in A&E.
Trust me, body piercing is not something you want to take risks with. It's best to wait until you are of an age where a reputable studio will pierce you.
If you insist on going ahead with it, do your research. Websites like BMEzine ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) have stories and pictures for piercings and you may be able to find a good studio in your local area which other people have had good experiences at. Try and go somewhere which has been recommended to you and appears clean and sterile.

I worked at a tattoo parlor about 4 years ago, We would not pierce anyone under the age of 18. We ask for a licence and to sign an agreement form stating that you understand if anything goes wrong we will not be held responsible.
Now on the other hand, Some parlors will make an exception if you are 16 or older under a guardians consent and even so that is hard to find because the legal age is technically 18
Not many parlors will pierce someone who is 13 even if you have a guardians consent.....so basically good luck with that one. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]

A tongue piercing,At your age?
i personally know someone who had to get the tip of their tongue cut off because of a nasty ring used or whatever
Think of someplace else maybe your belly button or snake bites or something :S [ Ashez2Ashez's advice column | Ask Ashez2Ashez A Question ]
