if its not against the law you dont ever put your hands on a girl no matter how mad she make you just stay your distances from her and if she say or do anything to you just walk away because what she trying to do is get you in trouble and you got to be stronger than that and walk away ]
That would be assault and battery, which carries with it jail time.
Besides, hitting a woman is a cowardly act at best. You are only allowed to do that when she hits you first. Then it is open season. ]
The law is not the issue here.
Don't hit people. Violence is never the answer.
If you don't like her, ignore her. ]
Yes, battery is a crime.
You may also get into trouble w/ your school, definitely don't do it. ]
yes... it is against the law.
dont do it.
xxo. ]
Hitting someone is assualt, physical assualt, and it is a crime, in all of Canada, and most other sane places.
Touching someone without thier consent is never okay. Touching with the intent to harm them is almost always criminal.
Don't hit people - the law doesn't care if they are girl people or boy people or people with gender! You don't have the right under the law to smack people. Seriously - Why on earth would you think you do?
Your school and the girl and her parents may choose to handle it within the school, and not press charges agianst you, but it's still assualt. ]
