If anyone asks, just simply say you aren't and he's just spreading rumours about you - he'll get bored of it soon. :)

You can laugh it off as the person before me suggested OR if someone brings it up, you can tell them the truth "no I am not pregnant". It doesn't matter what he or anyone else says, for he LIED. Brush it off and keep living your life. In time everyone will see that you are being honest and that your ex is a lying, jealous guy. Those who are helping the rumour spread around will have their turn of shame too. The truth speaks WAY louder than anything and anyone <3
