Fill a baby bottle with jelly babies and have people guess how many is in it...
Give everyone 2 pegs when they arrive, whenever someone says the word 'baby' whoever hears them gets to take a peg. The person with the most pegs at the end of the party wins...
Use toilet roll or a ball of wool, get everyone to estimate the diameter of the pregnant person's belly, the person closest is the winner...
Use crafts to make a baby in 3 minsutes. Pregnant person gets to judge best baby...
Get a small book (like a little black book) and get everyone to write their advice down on a page for the pregnant person...

i was just at a shower and we played a fun game. The guests were divided into two teams. Each player had a balloon. Each player had to blow up the balloon and put it under her shirt like a belly, and then the next player went. When everyone on the team, they went down the line and popped the balloon. The team to be done first wins!
Put items in brown paper bags and pass them around with a number on each of them and see if people can figure each one out. (ex. baby bottle, pacifier, baby shampoo, diaper rash cream, baby lotion, rattle, teeting ring)
have people try different types of baby food either by smell or taste.

have unmarked jars of baby food & everyone has to guess whats inside
races to see who can undress, diaper, & redress a baby doll first
have everyone cut a ribbon & the person whos ribbon almost perfectly fits around your tummy
