Each player had to blow up the balloon and put it under her shirt like a belly, and then the next player went. When everyone on the team, they went down the line and popped the balloon. The team to be done first wins!
Put items in brown paper bags and pass them around with a number on each of them and see if people can figure each one out. (ex. baby bottle, pacifier, baby shampoo, diaper rash cream, baby lotion, rattle, teeting ring)

have unmarked jars of baby food & everyone has to guess whats inside
races to see who can undress, diaper, & redress a baby doll first
have everyone cut a ribbon & the person whos ribbon almost perfectly fits around your tummy
have everyone bring one of their baby pictures & everyone tries to guess who is who
