No, it is not possible. If you know for sure he is gay, you need to let it go, and try to move on; there is no future for you with him. Crushes pass. You might consider asking yourself whether you tend to be attracted to guys whom you know are unavailable, and pay attention to that pattern if it exists in your life.

I agree. Its about as likely to turn a gay guy straight as to make a straight guy go gay. Its really only possible if the original condition was an act (or if he is bisexual as mentioned below).
The best bet by far is to save yourself some heartache and try to move on as quickly as you can.

It's not possible.
He might be bisexual, and like woman as well, but only he can tell you if that's true. If he says he is gay, he is most likely just gay, and you are completely out of luck.
There is nothing you, or anyone else can do to change that. One day, he might choose to act like a heterosexual, but chances are that even if he acts straight - he'll still be gay.
