its too hot to run outside, but i train for cross country . what swimming exercises can i do to build up my endurance? i try to run 2.5 - 3 miles everyday but i havent the last 3 days AT ALL cause its just too hot.
schochie16 answered Tuesday July 13 2010, 11:14 pm: DON'T RUN AT NIGHT it is cooler, but not as cool as the morning. As for pool exercises I would just try to go freestyle for a good mile+
Also get a kickbored and do some laps of just kicking with your knees. It works your calfs. and then do some where you kick from your hips that works your whole legs.
That will really help you. I did it for track.

Swimming wse I don't really know what you can do but Try going to a gym maybe ad working on the treadmill in ac. [ 000echo000's advice column | Ask 000echo000 A Question ]
