its too hot to run outside, but i train for cross country . what swimming exercises can i do to build up my endurance? i try to run 2.5 - 3 miles everyday but i havent the last 3 days AT ALL cause its just too hot. (link)

look up doing the "dolphin" or "butterfly" swim training and do it. It helps a lot and might even get you faster

I had my first period on Jun 7, 2010. I am expecting my second period within the next few days. I am having the symptoms... cramps, I am crabby, and my boobs are really sore. Also... I need some new feminine hygene products. I am not in the mood to spend a lot of time in that aisle... so does anybody have any suggestions for a good overnight pad and pantiliner? Thanks! (link)

girls i just want to know why do you hit guys in the junk? im 15 and it happens to me all the time from girls and guys. i see no reason for it. it makes us feel sick. and it hurts like hell. is it funny to you to see us men in pain or hear our voices crack and get high from it? or make us cry? why would you do that to people? i would never hit a girl so why would you hit me? you have no idea how much it hurts to get punched in the nuts. do u think that just because im a man i deserve to be in that much pain?
