I don't have time for a shower in the morning, so I take one before bed. And sometimes I'll wake up and my hair is frizzy. Is there a quick way to bring down the frizz????
Raindrops812a answered Wednesday February 3 2010, 10:59 am: maybe try not to take one exactly before bed. i have the same thing .. i go to bed at about 10:30 on a schoolday so i shower at about 8 so my hair is quite dry when i go to bed & doesnt fizz too much.
plus it feels better because going to bed with wet hair is really annoying i think :/
i'd say try showering about 2 hours before you go to bed cause then your hair will be dry.
& of course you can use anti frizz spray etc.. [ Raindrops812a's advice column | Ask Raindrops812a A Question ]

I've tried that Frizz Ease serum and it's okay, just gives off this greasy feel/look (hair and hands)
Sometimes mousse makes your hair frizzy.
Rinse with cold water and try finger combing instead of using a brush.
A good flat iron can bring down frizz.
You might have damaged, dry hair and/or split ends. Try a deep conditioner treatment once a week.
You could mix some conditioner & a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a bowl. Heat it up in the microwave for 10 seconds and there's a cheap hot oil treatment. You could do without heating it up and do an overnight treatment during the weekend. [ queenhearts's advice column | Ask queenhearts A Question ]

xokristabelle answered Tuesday February 2 2010, 4:57 pm: Take your shower a little earlier so your hair has time to dry before you sleep.
Also, use a product designed to eliminate frizz. On the cheaper side, CitreShine Serum works (you can buy it at a drugstore or Walmart). If you're willing to spend a little more, It's a 10 leave in product is totally amazing. [ xokristabelle's advice column | Ask xokristabelle A Question ]
xxemilyfeil answered Tuesday February 2 2010, 3:07 pm: as the person down there said, Frizz Ease. my grandma started using it, and she showed it to me, and i absolutely love it! when i dont feel like straightening my hair, i use it so my curls look really good and defined, and best part...no frizz!
i would also try (if you have a straightener, and want to have your hair straight) shower a little earlier, depending on how much time it would take to straighten your hair, and straighten your hair at night. if you get straightening serem, and put it on right before you straighten your hair, it helps loose the frizz for when you do straighten it. dearcandore answered Tuesday February 2 2010, 2:18 pm: There is an entire line of anti-frizz products called Frizz Eaze. Check it out. They have gels, mousse, serums, all kinds of things to use quick in the morning before you head out. Also, I like to keep a spray bottle of water in the bathroom. I just spray my hair a little and get just enough dampness to style my hair the way I want, using my Frizz Eaze products, of course. [ dearcandore's advice column | Ask dearcandore A Question ]
