Help me pleaseee!!!

im 15 years old. and weigh about 165 pounds. i hate everything about me. im fat and ugly. my sisters 19 and i hate seeing her. shes so pretty and skinny. but everyone says we look exactly alike. i think im suffering from depression. i need help. its not normal to hate urself. i hate myself. i wish i was dead sometimes. people call me fat and ugly and i cry my eyes out and i feel like a little baby for it. i need help asap. i barely goto school. cuz im always worried about how i look and i hate it . i hate myself so much =[

Everyone hates something about themselves, if I was you I would look into seeing your doctor or just talking to him and telling him that you think you are in a state of depression, many people hate the way they lok, I am assuming you are a girl and all girls feel concious of how they look, people teasing you is just because there is something about themselves they feel bad about and it just makes them feel god, you can try to use a weightloss program and when losing like 10 pounds look in the mirror with a nice outfit and you will feel good if you dont like how you look, you can change little things dont get surgery or nothing just loose weight get a haircut wear light make up and people will notice and you will feel a whole lot better I hope I helped

hey im not going to lie to you so please dont get mad at me. i dont really care for ratings so you can give me a 1 if you like or as you prefer any way the point is.. you are 15 and you weigh 165 unless you are like 5'8 or 6 foot you most likely are pretty obese. and thats ok. its nothing to be ashamed of. just start with a healthy diet. no pills or anything will help your boby as much as heating healthy and doing exersize belive me. those pills all over t.v will make you look skinny but your body is dying on the inside. and really you dont have to start exersizing right away just start out with a healthy diet. just eat your 3 meals a day and dont try to stop eating because its bad. and once you have lost about 10 pounds from eating healthy adn stop eating sweets and junk food (because you will lose weight from just doing that) you can start to walk.. walking is fun if you make it fun and its one of the greatest exersizes you can do because you burn fat from all over your body not just your legs. and by making it fun i mean bring a friend over and walk with her or call a buddy and talk or text while u walk. walk for about 30 minutes a day or swim make up your own exersize plan to help you and you will see the diffrence adn you will feel allot better. please be safe and i hope i helped. -nina

I dont know you but you saw you weigh 165 and that's a good wieght. Others can't hurt you without your consent. Don't let people get to you and don't waste your time caring about what others think. I am a girl too so I know how sometimes you just wish you were someone else but life dosn't work that way. The only beauty that counts is the one that comes from your heart. People will criticize and try to put you down all the time but that just means that they are insecure themselves. This is how I thnk about it if somone spends their time watching you to notice what they call your "flaws" then they have no life. Remeber anything that dosnt kill you can only make you stronger.

Tell your parents to take you to a therapist talking helps it's better then keeping everything
your feeling bottled up inside and not saying anything at all that's unhealthy you'll feel better
once you talk you'll feel relieved everyone has things they don't like about themselves or they'd like to change it's normal to feel that way luckily
you can change yourself and become better gain confidence believe in yourself don't think negatively think postively your in control of your
life and only you if you aren't satisfied with something then change it until you are you shouldn't
wish death upon yourself there's others out there who aren't as lucky as you are(:

Hey there hun XD

You weigh 165 pounds? That's not that bad! Some girls would die to be that weight. A lot of people way more than that you should be happy. :) I went threw some depression and it hurts so bad and you waste SO much time when you could be living your life. Don't let people get to you, most people make fun of people when they r jealous.They might want something that you have. You just have to ignore them, i know people always say that but if you show them that you don't care they will stop. I feel like that all the time, but i remember that i have great friends. They tell me i'm crazy when i say im fat. Your not fat or ugly.. come on people are stupid as hell? Don't give into them. It's alright to cry..but don't let them get you that far. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself something that you like about yourself. Sounds stupid? It works :) You need to go to school you need to be there incase you miss something important in your classes. Don't worry about how you look, if you clean and everything you don't have a problem..your fine just the way you are don't change yourself.
