One thing you could do is when you two are out in public and theres other girls around only look at her. Act like your not even interested in other girls even if you might be. Little things like kissing her on the nose, or just holding her hand, or kissing her hand while your holding hands things like that are....well romantic, and should make her feel special. Also if you can and havent already let her 'in'. Talk to her about things that are bothering you, things that made you laugh, things you did that day, anything! Knowing that you trust her will definitely make her feel special, that will make anyone feel special. Well pretty much everything everyone else said is right. There are many ways you can make your girlfriend feel special. Believe it or not, girls are very easy to please. Complement her on the outfit she's wearing. Show support for her by going to the dance recital she's in, or letting her go over her speech for class president with you. Ask her where she wants to go on a date or what movie she wants to see. Listen to her. Remember things she says because if you can recall them later it will show her you care. Call her cute nicknames. Do nice things to surprise her. Go to the store and buy just one of her favorite kind of flower, or more if you can afford it, or pick up her favorite type of candy bar. Small gestures show her that you know what she likes and that you're willing to do nice things for her because she's worth it. If you want any more ideas, let me know :)

Look into her eyes and tell her she is not just pretty, hot, or beautiful, but tell her she is gorgeous and really mean it. You could also buy her flowers, but on a special day so it doesn't look like you're trying to suck up to her. Maybe buy them for her on your month or year anniverseries. Try to take her out to a nice place for dinner one night. It doesn't necessarily have to be an expensive place, just don't take her to McDonalds though either.
