No. Keeping secrets is not something people train themselves to do. It's just certain personalities. Some people are trustworthy & know better not to blab when you tell them something. Other people will spread it like a disease because everything they hear is too juicy to keep to themselves.

It can be rare because you're not always certain about who you can trust. I guess it's better to just keep things to yourself.

I think that its a rare trait you will find. Me being in a high school that people are two faced and very untrust worthy. i decided at a young age that people can tell me whatever they wanted and I wouldn't tell without their permission. Of course I have made a few slips but he has worked and people ask me about all kinds of things. But its something you are born with trust me. People don't change.

Its all about sticking to your morals!

Its usually people who are comfortable with themselves and don't have low self esteems that are good at keeping secrets.

People who have low self esteems for some odd reasons think blabbing about other peoples bussiness makes them cool.

No they aren't trained and actually a lot of people are good at keeping secrets, you just have to trust them. Most people who keep secrets have secrets of their own that they dont want anyone to know either so they know how it feels. Hope I helped =]

I wouldn't really say it's rare, or trained, either. Some people are just naturally better at it, while others don't like to hold things like that in & want to tell people the instant they hear something interesting. I'm sure you could probably train yourself to be better at keeping secrets, though, but some people are just better at it than others.
