Straightener: Sorry, I can't really answer that question. :P
A lot of people really say Chi is a good brand, but it's kind of pricey.
Eyeliner: Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil. You can get EVERY color of the rainbow. All types of blues, purples, etc. and of course they have blacks and browns.
A VERY good eyeliner. It's $16.00 but it's worth it.
I've used all the drugstore brands but by the end of the school day it's completely smeared/disappeared. But with this, it stays prefect.
I definitely recommend it.
Original stores?
Pretty much none.
You should go to ALL different types for shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, etc.

I find better deals almost 95% of the time (even with shipping, sometimes it's free shipping too), and there's a lot more to choose from.
So you could always do a google search of the types of clothes you're looking for and tons of things will come up.

A good eyeliner is N.Y.C. waterproof (it's about $4)
To get a really "original" look, don't buy everything from the same store. I love:
- Charlotte Russe (for tops),
- Kohls (for everything, especially basics like camis and tshirts),
- American Eagle (everything! Aerie is wicked nice too)
- Aeropostale (jeans and hoodies are always cheap there)

a good hair straightener is called "wet 2 straight" by remmington.
really good eyeliner is remmington or maybelline
(try something thats waterproof)
a really inexpensive is "dots" they have up to date clothes where everything is less that $20

wel a really good store would be london drugs or any cosmetic stores nearby a really good eyeliner pencil brand would be revelon it has the best eyeliner liquid and pencil that wont smear and a good hair straightner would be conair steam straightner makes your hair look amazing trust me

Conair makes a straightener that will straighten and dry your hair at the same time, thus making it more likely to stay straight all day.
I don't use eyeliner pencils, I use liquid liner. It will stay in the same place all day and won't smear until you wash it off. Almay makes a really cool set of eyeliners, mascaras, and eyeshadows that coordinate with your eye color. They really make your eyes pop!
My favorite stor is Charlotte Russe. The clothes are absolutely adorable! It's a little expensive but I always wait until the clothes are on clearance before I buy anything.
