Age is just a number. Of course an 80 year old dating a freshman would be weird, a sophmore dating one wouldn't be at all.
My parents are 4 years in age difference, and they've bean together over 17 years now!

Thats totally fine. In my school, there are juniors going out with freshmen guys, so it's really common. as long as you have a connection with him, then go for it :] [6 months isn't that big of a difference, yuh know?]

No not really. My boyfriend is four years older then me. However I am eighteen and it's legal. But he is not even a year younger then you, so I think it's fine. Just remember there will be some immaturity because he is younger then you and girls mature faster then guys.
