Physical/WEED
Okay I have a physical on Monday (in 2 days) at my family's doctor. Every year I go for physicals so that I can play sports. I always have to pee in the cup. If the last time I smoked weed was yesterday (FRIDAY) .. do they even take the pee for a drug test? Or do they just check for other stuff that could be in there and not for drugs? I've been having to pee in a cup since I was little, so I'm pretty sure that peeing in a cup wasn't for just a drug test. Help.. I'm FREAKING out.

Are you aware that marajuana causes glaucoma due to the blood pressure in the eyeball blood vessels???????? Are you aware that marajuana causes mental deterioration over time? Don't tell me that marajuana is harmless, I saw friends who deteriorated over a few short years, as well, it is well known that doctors and accountants get fired for using marajuana because they lose their dexterity and attention to details! Not kidding!
You better stop using that stuff! It is NOT harmless! Pay attention to science, not to emotional fantasy tales!

haha i had this same fear :] i simply just said that " i did not have to pee i forgot that i'd have to pee in a cup and went before i left for the doctors and i havent have any problems or pain while uriniating" and they were perfectly content with that answer. I'm not quite sure what they look for actually but i didnt want to risk it.

Your right peeing in a cup isnt only for drug tests. They do it to check for a bunch of other things. If its a physical for sports it may be possible that they drug test it depending on the school. I know my old high school drug tested the athletes. But if you just drink water continuously under your pee runs clear, you'll be fine. You can clean your system out in as little as 2 hours. But once you clean it out dont smoke until after the physical! Dont stress tho.. you'll be fine.

No they will not be able to tell..lol because i smoke weed almost everyday for 2 years and i have a physical once per year and they never said anything about it.I was in the same situation you were in...but then i was relieved when nothing was said..Just don't worry about it.

Drink a lot of water and coffee to flush out your system.

standard physicals do not do a drug test. i dont know if the one you are taking will be standard or not.
