it's not unheard of for breasts to be two different sizes. losing weight probably isn't going to help much, as they will both get slightly smaller. you'd probably have to augment the smaller breast, or get a reduction on the bigger one, to make them the same size. see your doctor; they will be able to recommend the best course of action.

My breast are a size DD. I hate them, but they are proportioned with my body and they aren't the same size either, but there's not that big of a difference or variation between them that you would notice it, I can't even notice it. It is medically proven that breast aren't the same size, niether are feet, but it's not recognizable, with the sizes you have mentioned, something isn't right. It does need to be examined by a physician so that they can access the issues and ensure no potential risk. Good luck and please be sure to seek medical advice on this, because breast have veins, muscle and tissue in them. It is imperative to make sure everything is the way it should be.

I suggest seeing a doctor (if you haven't already). It could be something serious such as a tumor or something. Even though you've had this since high school, some tumors grow more and more malignant over time.
I'm definitely no doctor however and so I suggest you talk with one.

If it isn't anything serious and merely just the way your body has developed, then perhaps you should get a breast reduction. I don't think just plain losing weight would help this problem. It's just such a major difference between a B-cup and a DD-cup.

Good luck!

I know a lot of girls that have uneven breasts too, but I've never heard of them being that uneven. There could be something there health related that's making them that way.

Usually breast size is hereditary...so are the women in your family closer to B's or DD's? That could give you a starting point to find out which breast is abnormal...like if B's run in your family, there could be a growth or something in your other breast causing it to swell to a DD?

I don't know if that's even possible...but I would go to your doctor to find out...

And about how to make them even...I think that breast augmentation is the only way to make them the same size...however, I would suggest making sure nothing is medically wrong there before you go through with breast augmentation...just in case that could cause an adverse reaction to the surgery...

And I'm sure you already know, but I thought I'd say it just incase you didn't...I know they have certain shops where you can buy a DD bra...and they will make you a custom insert...that fits your other breast and it will fill up the extra space but make the outside look symetrical to your DD breast. That could be an option to the surgery if you were just looking for a more uniform appearance..

I hope this helped a bit...
