uhmm.. duh yes!
She could tell her parents herself and could get you into bigger trouble. Just explain the story and i think it'll be fine

Being a mother of a 6 month old baby, I would highly recommend you tell her parents! Even though the child isn't hurt, it is still respectful to tell her parents. That is their child, and as I said, being a mother myself, I would expect a babysitter to be trustworthy enough to tell me anything that happens with my child when not in my care. Her parents will most likely respect your honesty and trust you even more. Also, depending on the age of the child, she may even tell her mother if you don't, leaving you in a whole mess of hot water. Good luck and relax, everything will be fine! You're doing the right thing!

Its always a good idea to tell the parents
of anything that happens while they are
away. Children fall and hit their heads,
especially toddlers who are just learning
or haven't been walking for long. Its not
your fault, you did nothing wrong, and
the parents will know that.

For use in the future here is some
information on how to treat closed
head injuries, goose eggs etc. :)

Tell the parents when they get home. Say she feel, but wasn't hurt. =]]]]
