When you have sex often the penis streches the vagina. I believe there is an excersize you can do to help that is to tighten your muscles when you sit down, lay down etc. and doing that for about an hour a day helps.

Good luck!

I believe the person below me is mistaken.

Your vagina will stretch more when you have sex to adjust to having a penis in there. But unless you have sex with like 1349202 guys, your vagina won't become grossly loose. It probably won't even be noticeable (other than the fact that sex won't hurt anymore).

Don't worry about it. Just know that your vagina will stretch a little bit until it gets fully used to sex.

It doesn't happen. The only thing which can make it loose is giving birth - as you can imagine. You can tighten it up again with pelvic floor exercises (also known as kegal).

its not really true, but its bsaically because it gets stretched out too much. its mostly from childbirth that makes it get loose. your vag is a musclee so one could always get it back to normal after having a baby

To add to the previous post, the vagina is lined in muscles, that is why certain exercises will fight this and it is what allows childbirth. So like any muscle, if you don't exercise them, they will loosen up. Don't worry too much about it though, for most men, it doesn't matter that much. And by the way, sex has very little to do with it, actually, the muscles contracting during the female orgasm works those muscles.

Actually it's giving birth that will loosen the vagina more than the sex part. It is the stretching of the vagina walls when giving birth that will cause it. Yes the vagina does lose definition over a very long period of time but if you do pelvic floor exercises every day that will definitely help. Hope this helps.
