The only time you should ever change it before you're supposed to is if the jewelry you have in at the moment is poor and a poor fit.
It wouldn't hurt alot if you did change it now, I suppose, but just this once.
If you keep changing the jewelry, it means you keep aggravating the fresh piercing and doesn't allow it to heal.

I really don't think you should. My friend got hers pierced, changed it, and then got an infection. It was so gross and I don't think it's worth it. Just wait until it's fully healed to change it.

Well to be honest you should keep it in until it is completely healed.
You should clean it every day.
Also, it's bad to keep real gold/silver earrings in the cartilage for long amounts of time (for example a month)
I had mine pierced for 2 weeks and then put a real silver hoop in and it f**ked up my piercing pretty bad.

My uncle is a piercer, so I should know.

I would wait at least 3 weeks.
It will probably take the earrings online a few days to get in, so that would probably be 3 weeks with your earrings in.
As long as its three weeks, and a very quick change -you should be fine.
