Wellp... I am also a victim of cravings. Luckily due to an excellent metabolism it doesn't really rub off on me but I'm sure it will. I'd say - when you have a craving - drink a few glasses of water! It makes you feel like your full. Or, if you can't stop the cravings this way, try a sweet drink like nesquick or milkshake or hot chocolate - sure, they have calories too but maybe this way you won't feel the need to consume lots of sweets. Or simply - make your parents stop buying the stuff in the fridge that you eat! It works for me. I eat because the things are there. If there is nothing there that looks good to eat to me, I won't eat it. Try it :). Otherwise try to find a hobby that consumes your time physically so if you do consume those calories, it won't be as bad. Alternatively, fruit is nice. I hate the principal of fruit - its not chocolate covered! But I've recently started eating apples and Pink Ladies exspecially make the perfect substitute. Try it!
Good Luck
Faye

It's hard to curb cravings. Sometimes for me a glass of water will do the trick though. There are all kinds of gimmicks, diet pills and all that crap. Truth is, most people don't need that stuff to put a stop to cravings. You have to find a healthy alternative to the cookie until you can stop craving the cookie. You know what I mean? It's hard, maybe rather than eating 3 big meals a day, eat 4/5 small meals. Between breakfast and lunch have a fruit salad or something. Between lunch and dinner have a salad with a lot of lettuce and oil/vinegar dressing. It sounds gross, but during normal meals just eat whatever you would normally eat, just a slightly smaller portion. It's also healthier, I've heard, to not eat heavy meals after 3 o'clock. Good luck hun, I really hope I helped, if you have any other diet/food questions, leave one in my inbox. ~Love Angel

!!!!IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!!
Please ignore my previous recommendation for NV. That stuff is horrible. because of it, I have spent the last two days very, very sick and I almost passed out at my work. Don't take it!

EDIT:
NV is...well, I hate to say diet pill, but that's sort of what it is. You take it twice a day, it energizes you and helps suppress your appetite. It also has vitamins that are good for your skin and nails. You can get it at drugstores...

The other columns are right, you need to find stuff to do, but...also, you need to eat more protein and fiber.

I used to be the same way, but I found this Special K Protein Water drink mix. It tastes like pink lemonade, you put it in a water bottle and shake it up...it's helped me a lot.

Also, I recently started using NV and I really like it.

you need to occupy yourself with other things. don't let yourself just sit there and think about eating, if you find yourself doing that, go grab your homework or call a friend or go for a walk or something. i hope i helped, good luck!

The best thing to do is do something disgustig to the sweets you are craving. If something really nasty is done to the object you will feel disgusted even looking at it. Another way to stop the cravings is eat the stuff but right after just exercise it off. If you burn the calories right after you eat there is no problems. If you have trouble even then you can always ask your mom to hide the stuff so you can't eat it or even have you set out a certain amount of what you want.
