ok, I'm guessing by doing crunches your doing them on the floor. There is a crunch (sit up) you can do, you bring you upper body up as if you are doing a sit up then you bring your right arm over your body and touch your left leg hold it then come back down and do it again with your left are and right leg. This will do your side and bottom abdomen. If you have an exercise ball you can use it to support your back, where you place the ball on your back will differ the strength of the exercise, Keep your feet on the ground at all times, choose a specific point on the ceiling to look at and do sit ups. Another good one is that if you have a medicine ball, lay on your back on the floor, place the ball above your head now when your ready with both arms reach up and grab the ball bring it over your head and slowly bring you upper body up as if you were doing a sit up place the ball as far as you can for starters probably to your lap then bring it back and place it above your head this is excellent for you abdomen.

Good Luck xx

crunches just work the muscles ( anerobic excersize)

if you want to burn fat, you need to do areobic excersize ( running)

also, you cant just loose weight in one spot

i would suggest joining your school track tream.
hey , you might even have a 6 pac under a little fat!

hope this helps = )

yeah join a gym if you wanna waste money! if not then ill give you a few more tips. instead of going crunches just lay on your back and hold your legs up with your stomach muscles.. so your legs should be off the ground.. hold it for as long as possible.. if your doing it right it should be about 20 seconds. thats just one. try it and message me if you need more!

goodluck!
