i have tried to pierce my belly button couple of times and only a few times it has went through but i took it out cause it either hurt or got infected, and it lasted just for a few days. so i read online that you could have pierced your embilical cord when you try to pierce it yourself.. so im scared of that and how do i know if i pierced my embilical cord?
missbananafontana answered Wednesday November 7 2007, 7:00 pm: You have an umbilical cord still? I know that myself and everyone else I know had their cords fall off within 2 weeks of being born. How old are you exactly? So yeah. There's no real danger of piercing your umbilical cord when you're above a year old, and are not pregnant. I would suggest, though, to have a professional pierce it for fear of infection, etc. [ missbananafontana's advice column | Ask missbananafontana A Question ]
