-Meditation (or making that humming noise, like "hmmmm" works really good)
-Write in a journal
-Exercise
-Self-Hypnosis (I never tried it before, but just try it in case no others work)
-Deep breathing
-Warm bath
-Hot tea
-Visualazation (like try picturing yourself in a calm green valley)
-Breath into a paper bag
You can do some of these all at once together, like meditate in the bathtub while drinking tea. Hope those help! Remember, stress is a normal part of life, but can cause some bad stuff like arthritis, etc. but if you use these tactics, I'm sure you'll never have any problems. Good luck!
