cute gifts for cheer girls..?

Question Posted Wednesday October 24 2007, 9:37 pm

Im captain of my JV cheer squad and me and the co-captains were going to get our team together to do something nice for the varisty girls, because they are competing in a few weeks. We were thinking like some little chocolates with a message attached to them..but we wanted something really creative..like a candy bar that could kind of compare with like good luck or something sweet. Any ideas? Thanks! :]

Hey :) I cheer varsity at my school and we do this type of thing for the football players every game. What we do is have the captains go out and buy small purple(or whatever your color is) bags and a bag of candy that has all different kinds of candy in it. Then, we go to one of the captains house and we bake brownies and then decorate them. Then we just put them in the little bags and put some candy in each one. Everyone on the team also writes a small goodluck note to one player (not saying names) and we put one in each bag. Its a fun activity that we look forward to every friday and it helps our team bond.

:)

You could get those giant hershey bars (they're like $1.00 at walmart) and then take the wrapper off (just the paper part, leave the foil part on) and custom make your own wrappers. Like with the school colors & mascot, and then put Good Luck or whatever. I've made those before and they're really cute!

I kind of like this idea because it's creative, but it's still sweet and it's sort of similar to chocolates.

They're fortune cookies, and fortune cookies are supposed to be lucky. Plus, everyone loves fortune cookies. And they're way cute!

I know just the thing. You can send in to the M&M company and say what you want to be written on your M&Ms. I think you can do more than one message. Then they send you a big bag of M&Ms with your message(s) written on them. I don't think it costs too much, but I think they have the details on their website.
