If you are going for curly/wavy hair, definitely let it air dry. Blow drying it will probably make it frizzy.
If you want straight hair, but you aren't going to straighten it, blow dry it with a round brush. You can let it air dry if you have naturally straight hair though.
simplicityx answered Sunday September 9 2007, 7:00 pm: I personally like letting my hair air dry. My hair's texture is naturally wavy so when I let it air dry it looks wavy and beachy. On the other hand though, I do like blow drying my hair for volume and when I want my hair straight, but the thing is it takes too long for me to blow dry it, so I usually let it dry naturally.
It depends also how you want to style it. If you want waves, let it air dry. If you want it straight, I would blow dry. Sometimes you can get wavy hair with a blow dryer if you use a diffuser (special attachment).
S_C answered Sunday September 9 2007, 3:49 pm: For me - I have to blow dry.
If I just let my hair dry naturaly it gets REALLY thick and REALLy wavy.
That's just because my hair is lame and I have to do a lot to it.
If your hair still looks good by just letting it dry - you might as well do that. It's less damage anyway. (Ya know, damage from too much heat from blow drying and such). [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]

If you don't, let your hair naturally dry because it is SO much better for your hair.
